By 9.30 I visited the client. He was using a cloud based accounting package which stopped working with 404 errors. The service personnel available to him were unable to rectify the error so he called Rajat for my assistance . 

I checked the system and found a problem in hardware which was not compatible with our server with our recent up-gradation. Advised him for a system up-gradation and called my Mumbai Server for the necessary software adjustment for the time being to run the package and told the client to inform me when his system got upgraded.

They asked me for lunch but I refused politely. They were not happy as I did not give them the opportunity to receive me from the airport. They provide me their best vehicle with chauffeur for my conveyance. I refused the chauffeur for my privacy and straight drove to the hospital to meet Naina without any second thought. 

Luckily the nurse allowed me to go in. She had believed me to be someone very close to them. 

Inside the observation section I saw her sitting next to Kartik’s bed. That's the first time I saw Karthik. He looked ugly. Perfect mismatch for the angel Naina. I felt sympathy for her. I thought Kartik must have a noble heart inside to make up for his looks; otherwise he wouldn't deserve an angel like Naina.

I suddenly remembered about the previous day; when I saw Naina was crying for him. And without even speaking a word I was convinced that this man earned those tears and her love only because of his good nature and love for her. I respected him. I envied him. I smiled at him with all my heart.

"How are you feeling now, Karthik?"

"I'm okay." He grinned.

Naina was shocked to hear me and turned to me but she didn't smile. I could see she was upset.

"Hi, how was your last night? I asked Naina teasingly.
