I am not yet in a position to say that, my friend. If I give an expected timeline, I am sure I would end up putting pressure on me. I will start only after I finish the work.

Everyone has enjoyed this story, and the volume and quality of the comments speak to both your writing ability and the impact it had on the readers. Most of the readers, including myself, were pleased with your offer to revise the final few chapters. I now have to change my mind about that stance. As you can see, this section finished on January 18, which is a good 10 months ago. Whether we agree with the latest update or not, it has stayed in our minds. Rewriting it would be pointless because the revised plot would just confuse us and, I'm sure, would not please anyone.
I would prefer to ask you to write a brand-new part (or miniseries) in which you recap the main plots via Meera's perspective. We have all read the entire series through Kris' eyes and have almost concluded Meera as a dubious, manipulating, and selfish woman. Perhaps we could allow Meera to express her perspective on the main plot points and important plot twists before concluding this lovely story forever.
I hope the rest of the readers can understand where I'm coming from.

He is absolutely right when he says that we, -the readers- (most of us!) have internalised 
the last chapter's and the ending so much that any change will lead to aberrations and discord.

Besides many readers and fans, I also plead for some new chapters (perhaps as a short 4th part 
and possibly more detailed than the last three chapters in the story) from Meera's point of view 
"without changing the ending!" to summarise the happenings.

I like this idea of Meera going with Desai then reuniting Krish in part IV. But I doubt Meera's POV will be better. It’s just that the story has been so good from Krish's POV and how he and Desai sees Meera.

Guys, firstly, I would like to thank you all for the comments. And secondly, apologies for the delayed reply.

Now about dropping the idea of re-writing the last few chapters of this story and then writing a whole new part.
I have been working on the re-writing, and I have a good draft of what I am going write. I think it is going to grow bigger than what I had thought. I mean, if I am rewriting last two chapters, then the new version could expand to four chapters. That's what I expect. But I said, I am working on it. And it's really tough to find time because I have other real life commitments. That's why it's taking so much to realize. I would love to take bineeshm's suggestion of dropping it all but I know it would be suicidal if I commit to the other part of suggestion. No, guys! It's just not practical to commit to such a big promise at this time of my life. It would take years to complete. Mostly, my story writing goes smooth when I am travelling. If I have to write a long story, that too, while getting in sync with such a long, already written content, then I'll have to go on a world tour!
Write now I'm going to give you that changed climax. That's the only thing in offer.
