May be by more than one villains.
In real such things do happen ! Quite a few upper class ladies do undergo such turmoil in their life. Fearing a damage to their reputation the victims do not report such crimes.
The villains will enjoy the thrill of spoiling a chaste House wife apart from their sexual urge.
It is just my idea, you can build up the story in your own way.

Everyone has the right to give opinion and imagine the plot to be as expected,but it totally depends on the writer his imagination and narration since he has plotted the story and we all should appreciate it guys

What a wonderful update the wirter has given ,took time to put the right exotic sexual contents in a very beautiful manner
This is what other writers should understand how smoothly the plot is written with regular and big updates
