Chapter 6
Atul

Atul and Leona swiftly moved away to a safe distance before Anvita and George stepped into the terrace. They were sharing a joke and laughing together.
Atul sat on the bench as Leona plucked a bunch of flowers and began to throw at him.
“What is going on here?”
George asked.
“She’s not letting me have my drink.”
Atul regained his voice.
“He’s taking my wine.” Leona blamed. “Where the hell you both were, by the way? We were almost planning to come down.”
“I was introducing her to your cross trainer.”
“I loved it, Leona. It’s… It’s great.”
Anvita slurred slightly. It surprised Atul a little.
“Buy one for her, Atul. It’s a great investment.”
George patted him on his shoulder. Atul was hit with a burst of guilt deep in his mind, and he could not look at George in his eyes. A moment ago this man’s wife was kissing him and he was rubbing his dick into her ass for fun. Atul felt terrible.
However, his guilt faded away rather quickly when he saw Leona snuggling into George and she kissed him. Her mouth covered his lips completely. It was erotic as hell for Atul, as he remembered her lips on him a moment ago. He turned to Anvita and took her in his arms. She too was watching the action and in no time they were kissing as if they wanted it for long. He sucked her soft lips like a cherry. His hand reached down and caressed her ass over her choli. Her body stiffened.
“Behave, dear.”
She warned Atul when he broke the kiss.
“I missed you.”
Atul whispered. She blossomed into a smile.
“I love you.”
Her eyes carried all the love in the world and Atul couldn’t see anyone else in there. They kissed again, even more intensely, until they both were almost panting. He desired to lay her right there, though he somehow regained his consciousness.
When they finally broke away, they saw George and Leona watching them together. They all burst into a good laughter.
“It’s burning inside; yes. Shall we leave them alone for some time, Leona?”
George asked.
Atul felt Leona was studying particularly him.
“No; it’s not necessary, George. We have the whole night.”
Atul said and picked up his glass.
“Actually they are not giving us space, Atul. I guess they want to rush to the bedroom themselves.”
Anvita shot back at George.
“Oh yeah, that’s true. I am like...I can't wait anymore... Why don't you guys go down and watch some TV while we spend some time here?”
He spoke in a playful tone.
“It’s not needed, dear. Let them be here only. They hardly notice us when they are into each other.”
Leona said.

The glasses of all were refilled soon.
George began to grill the chicken he had freshly brought. As Atul helped him burn the charcoal, Leona upped the music volume and danced with Anvita. Atul hooted and whistled to cheer them. Leona winked at me.
“What are you doing there? Come, join us.”
“Be careful with your glass, lady...”
She grinned and took a long sip. She was drunk. They all were drunk. As she handed him the glass Atul put it to his lips and finished it in one go. She, in turn, snatched Anvita’s glass. Anvita merely looked at George and he promptly handed his glass to her. Anvita gulped it down.
“Holy shit!”
Scotch, without much dilution, burned her throat. All but her burst into laughter. Anvita furiously picked up a wrestle with George, causing his bench to topple. Everyone laughed silly as they both fell down on the ground. She tried to get up but George had his arms around her belly.
“Fuck you, George!”
Atul was astonished to hear his young wife suddenly turning naughty, hurling the F-word at someone so senior. Atul saw her breasts jiggling as she struggled to escape his clasp. Atul began to help her get up but Leona stopped him.
“Let’s watch. It’s gonna be fun.”
George was drunker than he appeared. He was unable to get up his own and he has holding Anvita down to him. She struggled to break open his tight embrace around her bare stomach. Finally, when she managed to escape somehow, instead of getting up she jumped on top of him and simply sat on his chest, her legs astride him. Her knees pressed onto his armpits. Leona clapped.
“Winner...! Winner...!”
“Enough, Anvita...”
Atul moved forward again but Leona held him tighter.
“Let them play.”
She brushed her lips across his cheek and it sent shivers down his spine, freezing him. Leona held him tight, and as Atul in a feeble effort tried to push her away, his hand was right on her chest. He felt its softness over her tee shirts.
For Atul, things were suddenly turning out to be something unimagined. His newly married wife was sitting on his friend’s chest, pinning him down with her wild antics, while his friend’s wife was inviting him to breach the line of control of intimacy defined within the realm of friendship. It was a moment of uncertainty, which one would later realise he could have handled with ease had he tried, but not when he was living it.
Luckily George had surrendered to Anvita and she got up. Atul pulled him up.
“What a shame, darling!” Leona teased her husband and he grinned.

They spent another hour at the terrace before they decided to wrap it up. Atul’s head was spinning. Anvita hung her head on his shoulders while they sat around the dinner table.
“Take me to somewhere, I want to lie down.”
They were too drunk to eat anything. But the dinner still lasted half an hour.

While Atul helped Leona move the plates off the dining table, she poked him.
“I know you did that deliberately.”
“What did I do?”
“You grabbed me.” She gestured at her chest. He looked around to make sure nobody heard her, before turning back to her.
“Next time, I am gonna put my hand inside and grab it...”
She smirked. “Oh yeah?”
“Mmm...”
She pinched at his cheek.
“Go, fuck Anvita!”
“You go, and fuck George!”
“I will. I will.”
She chuckled.

Atul was aroused when he left the kitchen. A part of his body was ready to go to bed with some intent but he knew Anvita would rather love to collapse into her sleep. Atul had to give up any such plans. He had already called it a day even before he walked into the room, later.
And he had no idea what awaited him there.

Atul was drunk like heaven and horny like hell when he hit his bed, finally. He was calculating the odds of a drunken lovemaking if he climbed on top of Anvita. However, the moment he saw the bed, all he wanted was to fall into it like a dead piece of meat.
“Oh my god! This room is spinning around me. Hold this bed...”
Anvita hobbled toward the bed and climbed into the middle of it. Atul was just sitting at the edge, already preparing to let go of his consciousness. Anvita stopped him.
“Strip first.”
“What!”
“Make love to me, baby...”
“I want to do that honey, but I think we are too drunk...”
Atul could not finish his words, as she pulled him closer. Her lips were on him and they kissed. He threw away his shirt in a hurry and she licked his chest to stomach. He reached down to her breasts and caressed them over her blouse.
As she bent down to his stomach, her hair fell over her face and she swept her palm up through it. She pushed him slightly to lay him on the bed, and he felt his head spinning faster. Lying had more impact than keeping his head straight, but he had no plan to stop his wife in action. She unbuttoned his pants and pulled it down slightly. As soon as she saw the base of his member, she pushed her hand inside his jockey with a grin and pulled it out. With her soft fingers firm around his dick, it was quite something to Atul. It stood up like a rocket and its head was soaked in precum. He feared she would comment on it. But she said nothing. She did not even look at him. Her eyes were on it as though she was studying it. And she bent further down and pushed it into her mouth. He let out a hiss, as he felt for the first time in his life the ticklish pleasure of his dick gliding through the warm lips of a woman. Anvita held nothing back as she went all out sucking it like a candy. Her lips made a perfect O around his dick and the feel of her soft, warm lips against the hardness of his member was amazing. In a few seconds, he learnt how horny she had become. Being drunk just added to the madness for sure, and she kept going up and down on him. He could feel the tip of his round head hitting against her throat.
“Oh, my baby ...it is sooo good...”
He moaned. And the next moment he spurted into her mouth. To his surprise, she did not pull out. Instead, she swallowed it all. He felt ashamed to come and contaminate her cute mouth but she seemed to have no issue about it. She swallowed it all and even licked it clean from the tip to base.
“You came early again...ha.” She looked up, “Now what are you going to give me?” She slurred, highlighting her level of drunkenness.
Before he could think of a reply, she felled herself next to him.
“Finger me.”
She said and pulled up her long skirt. Every word that came off her mouth was a dare. He got up instantly and helped her take off her panty. She spread her legs before he made her, and he saw her pink lips soaked. His middle finger dove into it and he could feel the wetlands of her deepness. She moaned.
“Mmm... Nice.”
Her eyes were dizzy and her smile never ceased as if she was in another world.
Atul caressed her navel with his left hand while he stroked her inside with his right hand. His middle finger moved in and out of her. It sounded like plopping and he soon added another finger to stroke her. She was enjoying every moment of it. She clutched a pillow and moaned.
“It feels so good, baby...”
“You are so wet inside...”
Atul remarked. She looked at him now.
“You did it to me...” She blushed.
“I know...”
“Everyone was excited...”
She mumbled, “Aren’t you?”
Atul smiled, “You just saw me, honey. I was already leaking...”
Anvita chuckled, “And George too will be.”
A pang of shock passed through Atul’s stomach.
“How?”
“You know he was really turned on.”
“Really? How do you know that?”
“He was very hard... I felt it when we danced together.” She chuckled, “I felt it behind me when we danced...”
Atul’s mind went blank for a moment.
When I was dreaming about Leona, George was doing the same with my wife.
“He must have been embarrassed.”
Atul only managed to say.
“No, he wasn’t. He admitted it, later.”
“Later? When?”
“...when we came down. Just keep your finger moving baby. It feels so damn good...right there…”
She ran her fingers around his face, tenderly.
“Yeah sure...”
He rubbed his cheek on the milky skin of her leg and drove his fingers deeper.
“When I was checking out the cross trainer machine, he helped me and commented on it.”
“On what?”
“Like how I was driving him crazy this evening.”
Atul couldn’t believe his ears. He felt his dick turning limp, deprived of any thrills. His newly married wife was revealing how his friend, his dad’s friend had lusted for her, right behind him.
“How did he...”
“He said he was crazy about me...my back...”
“Your back... Did he do anything to you, honey?”
“No... he just ran his fingers from my neck to down...and grabbed my stomach...here...”
She touched both sides of her belly.
“And he said I have a great looking ass...”
Atul no more wanted to hear it from her. He wanted to run to George and beat him up. Bastard. He cringed.
“What did you say?”
Atul asked. That was all that mattered to him now.
“I thought he was just trying to be funny. I told him perhaps my husband would also be telling the same words to his wife.” Anvita laughed as if she was reliving the moment, “And I told him, you better run to her.”
How true! Atul swallowed.
“Really? Did you really think I would do that?”
“No, I just wanted to scare him, darling.”
She reached his face and caressed around his chin, lovingly and apologetically. A sense of guilt passed through his mind.
“And he was clever... He said he was ready to make that deal...”
“What!”
“He was joking.”
“What did you say?”
“I said I would discuss that to you. And that sent him off. He said, no, don't tell Atul.”
Anvita laughed again.
“I will never approve that deal.”
Atul said firmly, even though she didn't ask. He felt a need to assure himself.
“Yeah, I know, but it was crazy and exciting when it was happening. I love you...I missed you a lot then.”
She pulled him up and they kissed. He had taken his finger off her. He felt her lips different, devoid of warmth, and then he remembered how they were choking his dick a few minutes ago. They kept their lips together, slowly breathing through their nose. Atul felt her arms around him loosening. He broke the kiss and saw her asleep.
He sat up and stared at her, in complete silence. Drunk, innocent, unsatisfied, unconscious; he could not decide what described her best at the moment. He lay on his back wondering what an evening it has been. He could not figure out whether he should ponder over their past or future. There was nothing wrong. There was nothing too right as well.

Atul lost track of time as he lay still, and then he felt something coming up his stomach. He ran to the washroom. He threw up a couple of times and his head was spinning freely. He washed his head, drank a lot of water and returned to bed. Anvita was sleeping peacefully. He pulled a soft blanket over her and switched off all the lights before getting ready to sleep.
Ten minutes later, just a moment before he could fall into his sleep, he heard a sound from the door. He opened his eyes and saw nothing in the darkness. Somebody was inside the room. Next moment a zero watt bulb was lit. He lay still and threw a glance at the door. George was standing there, watching the bed.
A shockwave passed through Atul’s spine even in his still spinning world.
What the hell is he doing here?
George walked toward the bed and stood in front of Atul. Atul knew he was definitely checking if he was asleep. A sense of uncertainty sent shivers down his spine as he tried hard to make out what George was up to. When George bent down to him to have a close look, Atul closed his eyes almost shut and lay as still as a dead body.
“Atul.” His voice was low. He made no mistake to respond. He was definitely seeing that he was asleep.  George walked around the bed to move toward Anvita.
“Anvita.”
Atul heard him.
Atul had opened his eyes half; he was sure George would not see them in the low red light.
And Atul knew George’s true intention very next moment. He was evil.
He grabbed the top edge of the blanket over Anvita and slowly pulled it down. Atul saw it. His friend had come for his Anvita. “He said he was crazy about me...my back...” Atul remembered. George was too crazy about her.
Atul shut his eyes hard and opened them afresh as if to gain strength. He knew he was about to jump on this man and assault him with all his might.
Only thing I would spare is his life.

And Atul rose from the bed like a beast from the darkness to unleash terror on its prey.
Spare his life, just.
But nothing happened. Atul could not move a muscle, and more importantly, he could not even make out whether it was his shock or tipsiness which triggered his paralysis.

Chapter 7
Atul

“Your George uncle is very funny”
Anvita had remarked to Atul right after George had a few words with her at their wedding.
Anvita had commented right after George had a few words with her at the wedding. He had involved himself scrupulously to collect from her the exact measurements of her body, of every peaks and depths of her curves so that he was later able to gift Anvita a wonderfully-knit lehenga choli and white blouse. Back in this late evening, he had been gifted with a golden opportunity to be around her, so close to her that even he would not have dreamt of. He had held his arms around her and had her soft body grinding into him as they danced together in front of their respective spouses’ eyes and approval. He had every reason to be horny for sure, and he not only rubbed his hardness against her ass but also explicitly expressed it to her. When Atul was busy defending Leona’s intimidating advances on the terrace for more than twenty minutes, George was having his lifetime’s opportunity with Anvita.
George had invited Anvita to try out the cross trainer machine. When she climbed on it, he touched her in the pretence of helping her. Being excited about the dance or just blindly drunk, she might not have found anything offensive in his generosity. He would have run his fingers from the back of her neck to down to between her hips. And he would have grabbed her around her hips. He would have run his fingers around her bare midriff. And he must have brought his senses closer to measure her curves in the bright light, to sniffle on her vibrant skin off the wide cut back of her blouse. As she moved on the trainer his hands must have accidentally moved down to have a feel of her ass which he had been complimenting since the evening. He must have drooled over it, dreaming of enjoying it. Enticed by all this, he would have even pledged himself to have the taste of the forbidden fruit, later. If it wasn't enough, the grapple Anvita had engaged him with on the terrace later, as she sat on top of him with her ass firmly slumped onto his chest, while his eyes perhaps fixed on her enticingly beautiful breasts. He would have dreamed of having her sitting on his dick and riding him into heaven.
Atul could figure it out all within a few seconds.
Yet I saw nothing. What a fool I have been.

George was standing in front of Anvita in the semi-dark room, deranging Atul with all these realizations. George had already pulled the blanket off Anvita. She lay sprawled out; completely unaware of what was happening around her.
George picked up a tiny piece of cloth from the bed. It was her panty. He shamelessly brought it to his face and sniffed. The sight of his wife’s used panty being deliriously used by another man suffocated Atul instantly. Atul wanted to rise up and yell at him so loud that not only his wife but also every sleeping soul in the entire apartment complex be awakened and learn about this man's spurious character. But he could not move a muscle. Perhaps he was unable to deign to respond like that to something like this. Or he simply did not have the guts to face the consequences of his friend’s collapse in front of his wife, his family, and everyone else. Or he was still relying on the fact that nothing dangerous had happened so far. Atul held his breath and kept watching with squint eyes pretending to be dead.
George’s hand was moving in a hurry and he pulled down the front side of his pants a little. His right hand wormed inside it and pulled it out. In the red light that his eyes had now become at ease, Atul saw George’s unusually big spherical stem that outgrown his grip and it choked Atul. Even the thought of this man dreaming to evade Anvita’s dignity with such a piece of dirt was unbearable to him.
George watched her face closely, studying her eyes and lips, and let his gaze drop greedily into her breasts and down to her bare belly to her thighs that was exposed due to the misplaced skirt. She had lifted her skirt when she and Atul were trying to have a go at it, and now someone else was feasting his eyes with her stunning beauty. George slowly began to stroke himself, completely absorbed in his own wild imaginations about this young wife. He was masturbating, looking at her. He was living his dream in the safest way he might have thought ever possible. He knew the young couple would be too drunk to be awake in these odd hours. His eyes soon settled into her navel and he moved a bit closer to her and stroked his stout member continuously. Atul was reposed in his bed to a standstill but his heart was breaking apart. He wished to close his eyes at the sight of this man disgracefully pleasured himself with his dick pointing at his wife's stomach. George was steady in his movements and Atul felt the sound of his shaking unbearable against the otherwise silent background. The noise soon became sloppy. He was getting soaked with his pre-dirt. Then he let out a snarl, beginning to shake his hand faster, and Atul saw a stream of thick discharge being splattered over his wife’s stomach. It wrecked his pride more than he had been anticipating in the back of his mind as he watched him spatter his white thick dirty drops of cum all over Anvita’s spotless belly. George breathed heavily in a very controlled manner and shook his dick a couple of times to gush out another load of cum on her bare skin. Atul prayed that may his wife not wake up into this horrendous sight of insolence. He did not want his innocent wife to be subjected even to the thought of having undergone this man’s disgusting hunger like this.
George had come to the end of his disgraceful act. He quickly hid his spear in his pants and wiped his cum off her belly carefully with her panty and dropped it beside her. He pulled the blanket over her up to the neck and left immediately.
Atul let out a sigh, trying to come to terms with the reality, though it had just happened in front of his own eyes. He had just learnt the power of lust. It would make one insane.
As he lay awake for long after that, trying to feel at ease, something was still creeping into his mind: a fear, that his life was going to be deformed in the least way he could imagine.

Everybody woke up late in the morning and Atul was the last one. He opened his eyes to witness a freshly bathed and unbelievably stunning view of Anvita. She smiled gorgeously at him.
“Wake up, darling! Don't you want to leave?”
When he walked out of his shower, Atul noticed her studying him.
“Do you remember what you did last night?”
She smirked purposely.
“Do you remember what you did?”
He shot back at her.
“What did I do?”
He pulled her into an embrace and pinched at her lips.
“You had this perfect O around my thing.”
He quoted George and regretted it instantly as hatred began to creep inside him. Anvita appeared shocked, though.
“What rubbish are you talking?”
She pinched his cheeks.
“You boy had a wild dream for sure. You would never get me that dirty. Well, you have no idea what you did, have you?”
Atul could not understand her. He thought he was updated so far.
“What did I do, tell me clearly.”
“I don't remember what you did, but you have left enough proof.”
“What proof?”
“You had left something all over my belly...you had my navel smeared with your....”
She was laughing unstoppably and he stood like an idiot.
Not only had she forgotten that she had given him a wonderful blowjob out of her insane arousal but also she had come to the conclusion that he was horny like hell to masturbate while she slept. All thanks to that bloody George.

And George appeared to have absolutely no remorse as he greeted both Atul and Anvita. Atul wanted to disown his friendship but George’s jovial morning banter put Atul on a distant hope that the whole night might have been a nightmare. What if everything was a dream?
When he looked at Leona, he couldn’t find her as racy as she appeared until the previous night.
“Did you do as I said?”
Leona asked Atul at the first chance she got him alone. She remembered it. He forced a smile.
“How was your night?”
“Very bad. He was too drunk to do anything.”
“Same happened with me.”
He said. Leona threw a suspicious look at him. He had no issue.
Atul and Anvita left soon after breakfast.

Atul thought it would be over. However, that night he found him in bed with Anvita in a hopeless situation. Even when she snuggled into his warm embrace with a wet kiss, he found no movement in his armoury. A sight of a stout penis in its monstrous form flashed in his mind as he tried to gather his senses in one place. It was horrifying and it stayed that way, every night.
He kissed Anvita, hugged her, talked and played around her, but when they were in bed, he would always back off.
“Not today, baby.”
He used to say, making excuses.
Though she never said anything against it his mind had begun signalling the alarm.

---           ---           ---

The vacation was over.
Atul and Anvita moved into his own apartment in the city. Anvita loved the new place and adapted with the new environment quite easily. The apartment was on the fourth floor of the six-storey building. Anvita enjoyed the view from the balconies – the main balcony was more spacious and she quickly drew out plans to grow some plants over there.
“It’s beautiful.”
She said.
They visited neighbours the next day and everyone was excited to see Anvita. Their compliments were unanimous.
“Your wife is so gorgeous, Atul.”
The guy next door, Rajat was apologetic for not turning up for the wedding. His wife Pooja was pregnant and there were some complications. The gynaecologist had advised bed rest for her during the initial few months.
“It’s alright, Rajat.” Atul replied, “How is Pooja doing now?”
“She’s doing okay now. I’ve sent her home. Her mom is looking after her. I too stay with them, mostly.”
He had a beautiful aquarium in his living room and it was a worry for him to feed the fish regularly. Anvita looked at Atul.
“We can help him, right? I can take care of it if you want; I have a lot of free time.”
Rajat was very happy to hear it.
They shifted the aquarium before the evening.
“Thanks, dude. Your wife is a good person. She’s wonderful. You know I was going to get rid of it.”
Rajat shook his hand and left. Atul took Anvita for a film and dinner outside. Anvita was very happy. She snuggled into him in their bed and thanked him for the lovely evening.

A day later Atul reported back at his office, Wallzec Systems. He would leave in the morning and come back in the evening, and Anvita used her spare time to set up a small garden in the balcony. Their married life was just beginning to take form.

---           ---           ---

Ankita and Sahil were leaving for Canada. Anvita wanted to visit her sister.
“Ok. Let’s go this Saturday.” Atul suggested.
Anvita agreed.
Sahil and Ankita were happy to see them again.
“Have you put on some weight?”
Ankita studied her sister. The sisters easily got into their silly banter.
Sahil was a straight man with a cold nature. He watched the national geographic channel and mostly read books related to technology though he used none.
“You don't play this?”
Atul noticed the giant music system that sat idle. Ankita looked at him.
“Sahil is Sahil! He isn’t very keen to check out its options. It was actually a gift from his cousin.”
“What a waste of entertainment, then!”
Atul remarked.
“It’s damn difficult to manage, Atul.” Sahil put forth his excuse. “I didn’t buy it, after all.”

By the evening Atul became bored and restless. He was done with Sahil’s magazines.
“What’s your plan to make this evening into?”
Atul turned to Ankita. She looked unsure.
“Uhh...we have our dinner coming in a couple of hours. Sahil has ordered it online.”
She tried very hard to sound it to be exciting. But there was nothing exciting about it.
“And before that? Do you have whisky? Wine? Vodka...what do you have?”
She looked puzzled.
“Sahil doesn't drink.”
“We do. Me and Anvita. And I hope you will join us.”
Atul said casually. He saw a spark in Ankita’s eyes. She walked inside and returned with a bottle of vodka.
“It’s also an old gift. But it will do, won't it?”
He was more than happy. He grabbed it and looked at Sahil.
“Sahil, you’ve been hiding a treasure here.”
Sahil wasn’t initially open to the idea of drinking, but Atul was persuasive.
“Man you have bored me enough with you technology articles. Now let me punish you.”
Ankita laughed at him until she saw me mixing vodka in four glasses.
“No. I won’t drink.”
She refused. Atul ignored her. Sahil suddenly looked excited like he was up for a challenge.
“Okay dear. We shouldn’t make this evening into a boring one. Let’s give our best for them.”
He suggested to his wife and picked up his glass.
“Ankita, I like your husband. He’s the perfect host I’d love to visit very often.”
They raised a toast to the family and began. Atul switched on the music system. It was impressive. Sahil closed the sliding door to the balcony to stop the excess sound going outside and annoying the neighbours.
“Do you drink very often, Atul?”
He turned to Atul. It was Anvita who replied.
“Hey, he’s not a regular like he pretends to be. I know that.”
Atul quickly ordered some kababs and drumsticks. It arrived in half an hour. As Atul began to pay the delivery man, Ankita snatched his purse from him.
“You can't pay! You are the guest.”
And she walked to her room to take Sahil’s purse.
“No,” Atul followed her, “Let me pay it, Ankita. It was my order.”
“Let him pay that, Ankita, silly!”
Anvita voiced from the hall. Sahil took side with Ankita.
“Don't let him pay, Ankita. Atul, come and sit here, man. You are our guest.”
“You guys can pay for the food. I ordered the snacks; listen to me, Ankita!”
Atul followed Ankita to her room and tried to snatch his purse back. She held it away from him, laughing. He grabbed her other hand and pulled her closer to reach up to the purse. She laughed again and tried to fool him moving her hand up and down, failing his attempts. As the duel progressed, she leaned backwards and lost balance and they both fell on the bed. And Atul lay exactly on top of her.
“Ouch!”
Atul knew they had an awkward drunk moment as he was grinding her breasts under his chest, but he quickly decided to overlook it and turned his attention to the purse once again.
“Now you’ll have to give it to me.”
Atul smirked and tried to grab it. Ankita still managed to save it pushing it under the pillows.
“No.”
She challenged. He looked at her and he was beginning to feel pleased with his position on top of her even though he knew it was wrong.
“You know you are in a dangerous position, don't you, my sis-in-law?”
She seemed very excited at the fight; with her eyes and mouth wide open, he could see the back of her throat. Her tongue was wet with saliva and Atul could not stop him from the cheap thrill of having a quick look.
“I am your sis-in-law; I know I don’t have to be afraid of you.”
Ankita said.
“Okay, then. I’m not getting up unless you give up.”
He remained on top of her and tried to put more pressure on her chest, though he did not pin her too much. He certainly did not want to injure her; it was just a fun game. She still did not lose her ground.
“Atul, I am married for five years. Lying under a man isn’t a new thing to me. Don’t try to beat me in my own game.”
She said nonchalantly.
“Oh my God! What a punch dialogue.” Atul laughed and got up. “I give up.” He said.
“You beat me hands down, senior.”
He rose to his feet and pulled her up. She smirked and reached the drawer. She got the cash and paid it to the delivery man. Atul saw the delivery man leering at her as she counted the cash. He stopped when he saw Atul watching him. As soon as the delivery man was gone, Atul’s eyes fell on her T-shirt. Its neckline was messed up and her pink bra strap was visible.
 “Hey...it’s...”
Atul gestured to it. “Cover it. That guy was having fun looking at it.”
She took notice but made no attempt to hide it.
“You did it. What a shame!”
She began to walk back and he quickly grabbed her hand.
“Wait!”
He pulled her shirt and pushed the strap under it. She said nothing and allowed him, watching him with her dizzy eyes and smiled at him. She was cute, just like her sister.
Anvita and Sahil had already started enjoying the kababs.
“Oh shit, these people are about to finish it.”
Ankita raised her voice and snatched the whole pack of drumsticks.
“Come on Atul. Let’s have all of this.”
“No problem. Kababs are tastier.”
Anvita grinned.
Atul grabbed his and Ankita’s drinks and sat with Ankita. She took a sip from one and made a face. “It’s sour, it’s not mine.”
Atul quickly sipped her glass and winked at her.
“But it’s sweet for sure.”
“Idiot!”
“What did you call me?”
“Idiot. Loser. You lost the fight and lost the kabab too. Now you’re stealing my drink.”
Well, there were enough snacks. In fact, Sahil had more than he could take and he decided to quit dinner when it arrived.
“That’s my husband.” Ankita sat with him and caressed his chin.
“He is sleepy.”
“I am drunk, guys. I can't stay up anymore.”
“Come on; let’s wrap it up, then. Let’s do dinner.”
Atul suggested. Sahil though went to bed immediately.
Anvita snuggled with Atul in the couch.
“Wanna dance?” He asked.
“Get me drunk first.” She said. He gave her his drink. Watching her drinking it, a dirty plan was born in his mind. He remembered the night at George’s house. Anvita was so drunk and horny. He wanted to get her high as that. He got her glass filled again. Ankita was giving them company and he watched the sisters getting drunk. Atul’s eyes remained at Anvita and he was getting hard in his pants at the thought of having her warm lips around his dick.
Atul got up and danced with Anvita. Ankita sat back and enjoyed the show. He forgot about her and kissed his wife like nobody’s watching. Anvita swirled around me and let me grab her ass at will. At the end of the song, he noticed Ankita on the couch.
“You’re still here?”
“You noticed when all’s done, right?”
“All’s not done.” he looked at Anvita. “A lot is left to be done.”
They had dinner soon.
“You know I really had believed Anvita will marry Varun.”
Ankita commented later. “Varun was so crazy about her.”
Varun was his friend Vrinda’s brother. Atul was aware of their friendship from the first day. And he used to laugh at a possible love angle.
“Seriously? I don't think so. He wasn’t as serious as me.”
“No, he was. But he got a little late in the race, I guess.”
“He started late, so he ended up a loser.”
Atul said. “Varun had met me after I proposed her. I told him, look, I proposed to Anvita and she said yes, isn’t it simple enough to understand? And he understood. That’s why he remains a friend to her, yet.”
“He wasn’t seen at your wedding, right?”
“We had invited him. But he didn't show up.”
“He came next day, Atul.”
Anvita said.
“When?”
“I told you. My friends, on the next day, remember?”
He remembered.
“That was him?”
“Yeah, that was him. “
“What did he say?”
“He is not a weeping boy. He was very friendly. He actually introduced me to his friend as the one who ditched him.”
Anvita said and Atul laughed.
“Show us a room to sleep, sis-in-law.”
Atul poked at Ankita as they finished.
“If you are going to sleep, you can take the couch over there.”
She pointed to the hall and smirked.
He looked at Anvita.
“Are you okay with that?”
“I am ready for anywhere.”
She said.
“But I am not going to sleep, sis-in-law.”
He put his arm around Anvita. She leaned against him and they began kissing right there. Ankita pushed them both away.
“You shameless creatures, horny couple, are you always on? Go, get into that room.”
She pushed us into the room and closed the door.
“Good night,” Atul said and hurried Anvita to the bed. He climbed on top of her and kissed her madly. She pushed her tongue in his mouth. He quickly learnt how horny she had been. He got undressed and brought her hand to his dick. He could feel his thickness growing with her soft fingers around it and he felt good.
It is coming back.
He pressed his mouth into her bare chest and sucked on the erect nipples one by one. She tucked her thumb inside her skirt and slid it down. He saw her clean shaven triangle of love and she spread it invitingly and then hid it under her palms.
“Stop staring, Atul...”
Atul was not ready to get on top of her yet, as he was more interested in having her lips around his dick. She grabbed his hair and pulled him to her breasts and even downward. He kissed her belly button and licked around it. Suddenly an image flashed in his mind: thick white streams of dirt from George’s monstrous dick spurting all over it; smearing the whole belly, filling up the navel. And he was licking it.
Yuck! He looked away and lay next to her.
“What happened?”
Anvita turned to him. He sensed the disappointment in her voice.
“Nothing...”
He had no idea how to deal with the moment.
“I feel tired...” He mumbled.
Anvita smiled and kissed him again. He felt good and bad at the same time. He felt pity for her. His dick was becoming limp. But Atul did not want to disappoint her further. He reached down to her centre and rubbed at her pink lips. She was wet. He pushed his finger in and she moaned slightly. The deeper he went the soaking his finger became. Soon he was moving his finger in and out of her. She was enjoying it. He used his index and middle finger and she let out a small cry. But she was inviting him. He knelt in between her and began to stroke faster. And soon she was moaning like heaven. Aloud and unstoppable. It was unbelievable to see her writhe under his finger assault.
“Oh my God! ....aaah..baby... aaah... Atul...his baby...aaah... aaah...”
And she let out a scream at the end, like a cry. Atul saw her spurting from her slit.
“Ahh....ahhh...ah...”
She grabbed a pillow and pressed it to her face to suppress her cry. He kept moving and soon she hit another orgasm.
“Stop...stop it...aaah....you’re killing me Atul...please...”
She cried. Atul’s hand was soaked in her juices. The bed sheet was a mess. But she was completely perfect. He felt glad that he took his woman to an orgasm finally. He lay next to her and kissed her tightly.
“I love you, baby.”
She whispered, trying to control her heavy breathing.
Though they were the last words he remembered of that night, an image was resurfaced from the past; that of a monstrous dick in the hand of a horny man. It was big, stout and spitting venom. He felt threatened by it.

Chapter 8
Atul

Rajat was waiting for them when Atul and Anvita reached home the next morning.
“I did a foolish thing, Atul. My door is locked and I lost the key.” He said.
“How can I help you? Are you gonna break the door?”
“No, I have an idea. I can go to my balcony from yours. From there I can go inside.”
“But your balcony will be locked from inside.”
“No. I don't really care to lock it, nowadays actually.”
He said.
“Okay, be careful not to fall down.”
Atul warned as they walked towards the balcony. Rajat climbed on the pabangt and leaned across the partition wall and carefully put his left foot on the pabangt of his balcony. He shifted his weight to the left foot and then climbed down to the other side. A minute later, he walked out of the front door.
“I will have to get a new key lock it now.”
Rajat said. Atul went to his room and returned with an unused lock.
“You can use it for now. It’s got a number lock. Don't lose it.”
Atul gave him the lock code.
“Thanks a lot. Come let’s have a beer. It must be chilled by now.”
Rajat invited. And Atul relented.

Without his wife’s presence for many weeks, Rajat’s apartment had become a complete mess.
“Do you sleep in here?”
Atul wondered. Rajat was busy filling up the large glasses. Atul casually asked about Pooja.
“She’s doing well. It’s me who’s suffering.”
“What happened?”
“Nothing. The doctor gave her a complete rest. You know full rest. We now sleep with her mom in the middle. Bull shit.”
Atul laughed. “Okay, you can blame only yourself, buddy.”
“It’s been months. It’s aching now.”
He scratched his groin.
“Make use of your hand, dude.”
Atul smirked.
“That’s why it’s aching, man. I’m tired of the selfies.”
“Cool down, Rajat. Engage yourself in some other activities. That’s better for your life.”
“I tried. But it’s not that easy, man. You know seven of my colleagues are women. All are hot like... you know what I mean.”
“You better control, man!”
“I can't control like that for another six months. Last week I went for a coffee with one. It’s really different when you look at someone else’s wife. She was so hot...even the way she was sipping the cold coffee was making me horny... when she sipped the white foam that remained over her upper lips...and she slowly licked it with her tongue...ooohh...man! It was driving me crazy... do you wanna see her? I have her photo.”
He pulled out his phone.
“No. Please. I don't wanna see.”
Rajat threw it on the couch.
“Even our Mohit’s wife Neeti... have you noticed her? She dresses up very cool. Always sleeveless! When she goes to the market, I always watch her from the balcony.”
Mohit lived on the top floor of the building.
“Come on, Rajat. I am newly married; spare me.”
Atul chuckled.
“Oh shit. I forgot that. You know one thing? Newly married men don't look at other’s wives. And newly married wives are also spared from lonely men like me. You know, we don't look at a young woman like Anvita. We take pleasure from aunties and bhabhis only!”
“Wow! What decency!”
He smiled.
As they went to another round, Atul thought of a fancy idea.
“You know what; one of my friends has an opposite story to tell. He is staying with his wife. She’s hot like an actress; nothing like this Neeti and all. I haven’t seen her, but you know his problem? She’s so hot that he is never able to hold enough time during sex. The moment she undresses, he loses his control. And he finishes in a few seconds.”
“Oh, that’s really awful.”
Rajat felt for the unknown guy.
“He asked me for advice, that’s how I came to know. I wasn’t married then.”
“You should have asked me. I am good at these matters. Believe me.”
“I still gave him good advice.”
“Which is?”
“Lights off! No seeing means no loss of control...”
“That’s a bad idea.”
“Why?”
“Because he already knows who she is; and the darkness can't make a change in what is in his mind. Sexual arousal is more of a game inside one’s mind than what he sees with his eyes. And when lights off, it will be more difficult to control. Very bad advice...”
“How is it more difficult?”
Atul could not hide his curiosity.
“I’ll tell you what is happening. He’s already short on confidence for he’s a loser in front of his wife. So when he switches off the lights, he regains his confidence because he knows she’s not watching him. But the fact is he is clearly aware of her hotness. It’ll get him horny even more and he’ll end up climaxing much earlier than otherwise.”
Now Atul saw it. The man had a point. He thought. Maybe, exactly why it didn’t work.
“Then what is the solution?”
“The solution is, by getting his confidence low.”
“How exactly is that?”
He gulped the glass down to finish it and refilled it quickly.
“Failure is often the stepping stone to victory. That’s how it works. He should see himself as a failure. A total failure! He actually is, but he will be trying hard to believe otherwise. It’s foolishness. He should face the truth.”
Atul felt a lightning passing down his spine. Rajat was telling him what Atul never wished to hear. Nevertheless, he wanted to hear more. He was the unknown clueless guy who was unable to hold it long enough.
“How can he lower his confidence?”
He tried hard to pretend he was not involved in it the way he was.
“He should get his wife a bit adventurous. Like, get her close with other men; men who are superior to him.”
“What!”
Atul’s voice rose. He could not hide his shock.
“It’s not as bad as it sounds like. He doesn’t need to let her sleep with someone else. That’s not what I am talking about. He just has to see her with others who he considers better. And that will definitely lower his confidence with his wife.”
“And it will work?”
“It should. There is no reason why it shouldn’t. Yeah, of course, he shouldn’t be having any erectile malfunctioning.”
“Oh come on man, that’s out of the question.”
Atul’s voice had risen again.
“You can't be sure, man. What if this guy – your friend – is hiding the real problem from you?”
“No. He’s not. I don’t think he’s hiding anything.”
“Then it’s gonna work for sure. He will be weak with his mind. He may not want to have sex with her. And then she comes to bed, undresses, and he will imagine her in the most hateful way of intimacy with other men and he will just want to lie idle. But, when the woman so sexy is in front of him, his dick will stop listening to his stupid worries and then when they fuck, he’ll last long enough to make her cum twice. Very hard!”
Atul was envisaging it already. But he had no plan to set his Anvita up for such hateful act.
“So, do you think I should give him this advice?”
“Of course, you should, if he’s your friend and if you care for him. And you should know what if you don't tell him.”
Atul stared at him.
“She will cheat on him. Mark my words, Atul.”
Rajat’s cold words sent shivers down his spine. Atul hated his neighbour instantly.
Fortunately, the doorbell rang and he was saved momentarily before being entangled in hopelessness. Rajat wobbled to the door. He was certainly drunk.
Unfortunately, the visitor was Anvita.

She was angry to see Atul drinking again.
“What’s this, Atul?”
She raised her voice. Rajat stepped in front of her and knelt before her.
“Please forgive him, I beg of you. It was my mistake; I forced him for a company.”
Anvita’s stem face suddenly became amusing.
“What are you doing?”
“Please, believe me. He was not ready to drink, but when I forced him to give me company... you know I am very lonely. You know... see this house. Don't blame your husband. He’s innocent...”
Anvita studied the whole house.
“Oh shit. It’s so bad. You don't clean here at all?”
She dismissed Rajat and walked over to the kitchen and came back instantly.
“What’s going on here?”
“Nothing’s going on here. This man is not even staying here.”
Atul said and his voice slurred.
“It’s bad. You can't leave your house like this. Let me help you this time. Remember, next time you’ll do it yourself, that’s at least once a week.”
She instructed Rajat. He stayed on his knees.
“I don't know how to thank you for volunteering to help me. But I will get it cleaned by someone.”
Rajat began to say.
“Shut up and bring me a broom.”
Anvita ordered him angrily.
“Please Anvita. You don't have to worry about it. I will...”
“Did I tell you to shut up?”
Anvita stood in front of him and dared him. Atul was watching. Rajat turned to him.
“How can you be so lucky to have this lady as your wife, Atul? I envy you. She’s not a woman but an angel.”
“Rajat, bring me a broom.”
Anvita ordered him again. She was definitely enjoying his compliments. Rajat gave her a broom and sat back on the couch. As Anvita began sweeping the living room floor Atul noticed Rajat’s eyes falling into her direction more often. Atul saw his point of attention. As Anvita bent forward, her breasts were visible through the loose neckline of her kurta. Rajat was watching her nonstop whenever she turned to him. Atul hated him more. But for unknown reasons, he didn't want to stop him. He picked up a magazine and pretended to turn its pages over, with his eyes locked into Rajat. Rajat’s eyes were set on Anvita and Atul feared they would pierce deep into her beyond her fine clothing. When she turned away from him, his eyes fell on her back and it grew wider.
Even when she moved to the kitchen, Rajat was shamelessly ogling at her. By the time she finished, the men had finished their beer. Rajat was full of praise for her kindness. She accepted his compliments with a beautiful, never-ending smile as Atul stood next to her, burning inside. As he walked behind her, back to his home, one thing was sure. His friend in the neighbourhood had become a threat to his peaceful life.

Chapter 9
Atul

When Atul went to the bed that night, Anvita showed him her mobile.
“Rajat sent me this message.”
It read, “Ur DP! So perfect and hot!!!”
Atul wondered how he got her number.
“He has your number?”
Anvita shook her head. “He had come here when you were gone to the market.”
“For what?”
“To see his fish.”
Atul had gone out at seven o’clock. That’s not the time to see his fish. Which fish was he looking for?
Atul wondered what Rajat was having in his mind. Something was not right.
“What is so dearly about his fish? Aren’t they happy with us?”
He asked annoyingly. Anvita was changing the bed sheet and she did not see his face.
“Of course they are happy. I don't know what a happy fish look like, though.”
She smirked.
“He was really happy. He clicked a lot of pics.”
“Pics?”
“Pics of his aquarium. And of course, its caretaker’s too!”
Anvita said innocently.
“He took your photos too?”
“Why are you talking like this?”
“I am just asking you. Did he take your photos?”
“Yeah! He asked me to pose with the aquarium and I did. But you are acting strangely. You don't like it?”
“I’m not sure if we should trust him. You shouldn’t have let him have your photos.”
“But, Atul, he’s your friend.”
“Yeah, but he’s not a decent person.”
Atul felt it difficult to convey to her. She stared at him.
“Atul, you are talking about Rajat, our neighbour and your friend.”
“Yeah, I am perfectly aware who he is...”
He sat on the edge of the bed.
“He’s not a good person when it comes to ladies. I mean, especially married women.”
“What?”
“He told me he has crazy thoughts about Mohit’s wife.”
“Neeti?”
“Yeah.” Atul nodded. He expected it would make her cautious, but she remained unheeding.
“What’s wrong in that?”
“You still don't know what I am talking about? When you were sweeping the floor at his house, he was ogling at you, very inappropriately.”
He stepped up his accusations.
To his dismay, Anvita blossomed into a smile. “Really?”
“You find that funny?”
Atul was becoming uncomfortable.
“Why didn't you stop him then?”
He did not expect her to cross-question him. He shrugged. “How could I? I was sitting with him and having his booze…”
“So you’d let him do whatever he wants?”
“What the fuck are you talking about?”
Atul’s voice rose suddenly and it now shook her. She fell silent.
Atul took a deep breath. “Try to understand what I am telling you, Anvita. When we were there, he was staring at your chest whenever you were not paying attention. I didn't mind it at that time because, you know, it’s not a big deal as he wasn’t trying to intimidate you. But then you see his message, he thinks you are hot like he told me about Neeti and a couple of married colleagues of him... I didn't feel it then, but now I think that it’s better to keep some distance from him; especially when his wife isn’t around. Do you understand what I am trying to say, now?”
She nodded.
“I think you are right. We can't believe anyone in today’s world. Why we should give a chance to someone and end up regretting it later?”
Anvita was sensible. In fact, Atul felt she was more sensible than him.
“I think you too should keep some distance from him. Why give him chance to disturb our peaceful life?”
She snuggled into him in the bed.
“What are you suggesting? I rarely see him.”
“Next time when he asks you for a drink don't go!”
She had a point and he had to agree with her. His eyes accidentally fell at her fingers just before she turned to switch off the lights.
“Where’s your ring?”
“Oops.”
She touched her forehead.
“I was about to tell you, Atul. I forgot it at Ankita’s house. Please don't be angry. Ankita has found it in the washroom.”
“How are you gonna get it back? Are they coming here?”
“Probably. She said she will talk to Sahil and, maybe.”
Atul did not feel right. Even though he knew it was stupid, he kept pondering if the perversion of his neighbour and the loss of wedding ring are some kind of omens.

The worry about Rajat was, however, faded away just like that. He sent her messages regularly, mainly jokes, though she minimised her replies to a laughing emoticon or a thumbs up symbol most of the time. Still, his devilish predictions about Anvita disturbed Atul. He lived with a steadily escalating sense of foreboding. Something was awaiting him.

Anvita phoned him when he was at his office.
“Ankita said Sahil is too busy to visit us, darling.”
It was understandable. They were soon leaving for Canada. They would be too busy to come and hand over the ring, Atul knew. If they came it would look too bad to leave without spending some time with Atul and Anvita.
“No problem, we’ll get it when we go to see them off.”
He assured.

---           ---           ---

Atul used to be a happy man at work. He was campus-selected by Wallzec Systems Pvt Ltd and there was no regret ever since. He worked more as an independent arm for the company and his job frequently required him to conduct one-on-one discussions with his clients. He was quite young for the post but his simple way of approach made it work in his favour. More than one clients in the past had commented straightly on it.
“Had your boss chosen to send someone else in your place, my job would have been very easy to reject this proposal.”
And another time, “I thought I was preoccupied, gentleman. But how can I reject someone like you?”
What inspired him was obviously the fact that he was loved at his work.

After his wedding vacation, his life was expectedly going to be busier. Work was piled up in his absence.
His boss Shreyas, in fact, had offered him help. “Do you want some help to clear your table?”
Atul politely refused. “It’ll take too much time to explain the connections, Shreyas.”
“Ask me, when you need it.”
Shreyas shook hands with him.
“And plan a dinner for us. The whole office is waiting.”
Though Atul was not directly answerable to Shreyas, the latter was in charge of the office. Shreyas was a well-spoken, kind-hearted person.

At noon Anvita phoned again. Atul was away from the office, waiting for a client representative in a coffee shop. When the meeting was over, he got a phone call from Sahil.
“Are you in Model Town?”
Sahil asked.
“Are you watching me?” Atul looked around automatically.
“No. Anvita had called Ankita. We are also in Model Town. If you are also here, it’s not far from home. Let’s go home and get your ring.”
Sahil gave him his exact location and Atul hailed a cab immediately.

It was a coffee shop. Ankita was waiting for him. Sahil was not there.
“Where’s Sahil?”
Atul wondered.
“Someone kidnapped him. Talk to him.”
Ankita gave him her phone. Sahil was at the other end.
“I am really sorry Atul. One of my friends showed up at the last moment. I could not avoid him; he’s impossible to negotiate. I am so sorry....”
“It’s okay.”
Atul said. When the call ended he turned to Ankita.
“So what’s the plan? You guys were having coffee here at noon?”
“Forget it. We can have lunch. Can't we?”
Ankita said enthusiastically.
Atul had earlier noticed her increased enthusiasm to chat with him since the dinner at her house. During her telephone calls to her sister at night, Ankita would ask Anvita to give the phone to Atul, just to say hi. Once he asked deliberately, “Who’s this?” and she said “It’s your ex! Remember me?” Their light-hearted chit chat every night had brought him closer to Ankita than to Sahil.
When she suggested the lunch Atul was not surprised. He looked around.
 “Here?”
“Of course, not here... I know a place.”
She led him outside and took him to a restaurant a few kilometres away. He sat behind her scooty and wondered if some cop stopped her for not wearing a helmet. He liked her hair flying into his face though it was actually annoying.
Ankita was wearing a white t-shirt and long floral skirt. She and Anvita were alike in appearance, though it was easy to say who was elder among the two. Ankita had her smile, mannerisms and movements exactly like that of Anvita.
Atul had asked her once.
“Why are you copying your sister’s style?”
Ankita laughed.
“She’s the one copying me. I am the elder one, don't you know?”
Of course, he did.
“If she’s copying you, then she’s doing it better.”
“I know that, lover boy!”
In another occasion, during an earlier visit to Anvita’s house, Atul had noticed them working together in the kitchen and noticed how they looked like one another from behind, except that Ankita was slightly thinner. Or perhaps it was because Anvita had a slight plumper ass.
When he mentioned it to Anvita she simply took the news to her sister. And Ankita was in a rage.
“How come your husband noticed the size of my ass, Anvi?”
“I don't know. But it’s really true.”
“Shut up. Tell him he only knows of his wife!”
Anvita had put the phone on speaker. It was a good laugh then.
Now, sitting behind her, Atul’s eyes descended down through her back. It made him uneasy. Not because he disliked it, but because he caught himself looking down too often.

They sat at a two seated table at a corner of the restaurant. Many seats were vacant, and Atul was sure the bill was going to be accordingly pumped up, compensating the empty tables.

“We were planning for a grand party before you leave. Anvita will be sad.”
Atul said when they finished ordering.
“Only Anvita will be sad? What about you?”
“What about me? Why would I be sad? I owe you nothing.”
“How come you forgot the dinner so easily?”
“You are a bad host and a bad company.”
“That’s a serious allegation.”
“It’s not an allegation. It’s the truth. Do you remember what you did that night?”
“What did we do?”
“You did – you didn't do anything at all – that’s what you did. No drinks, no music, no dancing, no fun.”
“We had it all; if my memory is intact.”
“I did it all; if my memory is intact.”
“But you can’t blame us for that. How do we know you would drink on the first meeting with your sister-in-law?”
“I am not blaming Sahil. He might not be aware but you were aware of everything I and Anvi do.”
Ankita stared at him a moment.
“What do you mean everything?”
He caught a spark in her eyes.
“You know everything, don't you?”
He was smiling perfectly matching to hers. She looked down and then watched her surrounding briefly before answering.
“Yeah. I think I know most of it.”
He knew she was talking something entirely different to what they were discussing a moment ago.
“Then what did you do? You arranged for nothing...”
“I sent you in at the right moment, didn’t I?”
She smirked. Atul’s eyes were locked into hers.
“I didn't get it.”
He confessed.
“Start eating.”
She indicated the food. The order had arrived. It was drool-worthy stuff indeed.
“Nice restaurant,” Atul said.
“Bring Anvita here one day.”
“I had brought her here before marriage, to a number of restaurants here though not this one.”
“You did?”
“You don’t believe me?”
“If you say a restaurant, it’s hard to believe. If you say a hotel, I would believe.”
She had a mischievous smile on her face. She looked more beautiful now.
“You know you are talking about your sister, don't you?”
“You are two shameless creatures, you should know that...”
“What did we do? It’s impossible to talk with you.”
“I really envy you. I too should have had a love marriage. My bad luck...”
“What is wrong with arranged marriage? I always thought that’s better...”
She stared at him.
“I can't believe this. I have never met anyone – among youngsters - who’d prefer arranged marriage. Love marriage is fun, isn’t it?”
“Why?”
“You get to have all the fun before the marriage, don't you?”
“And what is wrong with arranged marriage?”
“That’s boring. You meet the man and talk a few words, and then get married. It’s boring.”
“Yours was boring?”
“Of course that’s what I am saying. I didn't get to have any fun.”
She mocked a sad face.
Atul leaned forward.
“You are telling me only half the picture, dear. Let me tell you what is what. Suppose you have nine potential candidates in your circle to be your partner. Love marriage is selecting one from that circle and then getting to know of him.”
“Getting to know – is that it? You have all the fun.”
Ankita interrupted.
“All the fun – I know you meant sex. Why don't you just say the word, my sis-in-law?”
Atul’s voice was low but it was enough. She reached him under the table and kicked him.
“Of course, I meant sex!”
“Let me explain how arranged marriage functions. In your case, you too had those nine potential candidates from your social circle. And you were free. And you did all the fun – I mean all the fun – with any of the nine men; you could go with one this weekend and another next week, and you still didn't feel any need to be committed. In the end, suddenly your parents introduced the tenth man to your life – the very fortunate one Mr Sahil – to you and asked you to get married. That’s how you got married. Now tell me, who had more fun in the marriage game?”
Ankita leaned back and bit her lips.
“You know what, in just a few words, you made me look like a slut.”
“It’s possible. It’s not a nasty word these days. It’s smartness. You know you call your closest friend a slut in her ears, she’ll smile at you.”
He shrugged. She stared at him and shook her head.
“I can't take this much. I never thought like this. Is it how you seduced my sister?”
“Does Sahil know about your past?”
“About what?”
“About your nine-member circle.”
“I am your sister-in-law. How can you talk so dirty about me?”
She had a grin around her beautiful lips. Her eyes just got shinier.
Atul had for long a feeling that his sister-in-law was just looking for an opportunity to flirt with him. This was the moment when it was realised. She could be swayed like this and she was total fun. But it was wrong to engage her further and Atul knew he wouldn’t dare to do it. He was enjoying every moment he spent with her. Food was finished. She had chosen ice cream for dessert, it came late and he grabbed it before she could.
“That’s mine.”
She said. He ignored her.
“You already have had all the fun. Let me have at least this.”
He teased her.
“You cheat!”
She said helplessly.
“By the way, you earlier called us shameless creatures. Why?”
He asked.
“You wanna know? Then give me my ice cream.”
She smirked. She could have ordered another. He knew she wouldn’t. She wanted his.
He took a spoonful and forwarded it to her. She leaned forth and swallowed it. It was enough to understand where it was heading.
She was not looking at him directly for a moment. It was so obvious that she was trying to look like she wasn’t doing it.
“What happened? You didn’t like its taste?”
He smirked.
“Stop giving me that look.”
She complained. Cuteness was still gathering at her face. Atul did not look away.
“You didn’t like it, ice-cream?”
“I liked it.”
She admitted with a coy smile.
“Want more?”
She shook her head sideways, slowly.
“Now tell me what prompted you to call us shameless.”
“I will never tell you why.”
“What! But you promised.”
“I lied.”
She laughed.

The lunch was over. He sat behind her once again on the scooty and this time he found liking it even more. Once she put a sudden-brake, he lost a bit of control and held around her hip.
“Careful!”
Atul requested in an effort to erase the embarrassment of putting his hands around her. But it was never meant to erase the warm feel of her soft belly. He wished if there were more sudden brakes. The ride kept Atul on the edge, and when they reached home, he felt ashamed for thinking like a teen.

Ankita unlocked the door and welcomed him inside. He walked in and sat on the couch. However, he refused to have any kind of drinks and hurried her to relieve him.
“Cut the formality, Ankita... I have a busy day.”
She went to her room and brought him Anvita’s ring. He began to leave.
“Are you really leaving?”
“I have to. I am still at work.”
She was disappointed.
“We won’t meet any time soon.”
She seemed to be in a dilemma. Perhaps she wanted him to stay until Sahil arrived. He grabbed her hand.
“Yeah, I know. But it’s okay. We’ll surely make up for it when we meet next time. Tell Sahil.”
He sandwiched her soft hand between his palms. “And we’ll have our next date even better.”
“So that was a date.”
There was a strange look in her eyes. She did not try to retrieve her hand from him.
“It was a date; a very good one. I will miss you.”
He said and opened his arms as a welcome gesture. To his surprise, she pushed herself into him as if she was waiting for it. He embraced her, his arms around her warm body. His arms touched behind her hips and he felt hers around him too. A few seconds later, he felt she was not willing to part herself from him. He held her and slowly detached her from him. She looked up, and he saw her eyes wet.
“What happened, Ankita?”
“I...It’s nothing...” she tried to smile and failed in it miserably. He wiped off her tears as it rolled down.
“What’s happening, Ankita!”
He hugged her again and patted behind her shoulders, unable to contain his surprise.
“I…” She sniffed, “Nothing.”
He wiped the tears slowly off her cheeks and touched over her lips. She looked up, into his eyes. He slowly touched over her lips and wiped off a drop of wetness. Soft, tender lips and inviting eyes; Atul knew where it was taking him.
“I feel like I am being seduced.”
He said with a slight smile.
Now her smile was more genuine. He held around her and walked her back to the hall and sat on the couch. She sat very close to him, unwilling to move away. A sense of awkwardness suddenly crept in the air. But there was something in it, something warm, that kept both of them from moving away.
“I… I am so sad we are leaving…”
Ankita spoke finally.
Atul was not surprised now. It was common for anyone to be disheartened when they were about to leave their home; no matter how many time they’ve lived that moment in the past. Atul ran his hand over her hairs as if to console her.
Ankita took a deep breath, “I will miss you both.”
She grabbed his other hand and smiled.
“I will miss you too… and both of you...”
Atul said.
“You are a wonderful husband to my sister. You are…”
She paused as if thinking what to say. She pressed her lips together and took another deep breath. She looked at him fondly.
“Anvita is lucky, you know. She is very lucky to have you. She’s my cute little sister. She deserves the best. I know you will keep her happy always.”
“I will, Ankita.”
“In fact, I am a little jealous. She loves me too much she won’t mind it. You know you are a fabulous lover. And everyone in my family speaks so highly of you.”
“Stop praising me that much, you’ll ruin me.”
Atul complained, jovially.
“I’d love to do that, though.”
She blurted.
“Excuse me?”
“Just kidding,” She laughed a little. “I had wished to visit you with Sahil before we returned to Canada. But then we got so busy.”
“We’ll meet next time, we’ll hang out together.”
“I even wished you taught some tricks to Sahil. It’s silly.”
She was hesitant now.
“What tricks?”
“I don’t know. I’ve asked Anvita a lot of times, but she gave me nothing except that it was so good.”
“I still have no idea what you are talking about.”
“I am talking about that night. I had heard really good sounds from your room.”
A coy smile ruled her lips. Atul was stunned.
That night, when he had fingered his wife to bring make her squirt. Anvita had really screamed that night. Suddenly he felt uneasy to face Ankita.
“Shit.”
He mumbled.
“No, it’s not shit.”
Ankita giggled, “To be honest, it was too beautiful.”
She moved a little closer and Atul looked into her eyes now.
“How?”
“I’m afraid you’d look at me differently if I told you.”
Atul stared at her for a long moment, lured by her beautiful eyes and alluring smile.
“It’s okay. Tell me.”
She bit her lips and looked down for a moment.
“Since long, I wanted to be able to scream like that.”
She looked down again and grinned. “You know, I don’t know how you’ll take it. I am scared and I am not scared about me but you. I don’t know how to tell you to convey this in such a short time. I am borrowing the foreign style… I…I wouldn’t mind going to bed with you.”
Atul was stunned. He couldn’t say anything.
“I know you’d be thinking I am insane. But...”
She paused and shook her head as if to correct herself.
“Yes…I am insane…. You know I miss good sex. I don’t want to hide it anymore. You know a woman can't live like this forever. Sahil…”
Ankita shut her eyes down and paused a moment.
“Sahil... he isn’t giving me enough. He has never made me scream. I used to think it’s impossible for me, could be my fault. But then I heard Anvita…” She looked up. “I am scared, Atul. I am scared I’ll end up doing something stupid with someone else. I don’t want that.” She cried. She had her face down in her hands and wept. Atul sat there, without even a faint idea how to respond to her.
“I am not going to seduce you. Don’t worry. I’ll never betray my sister.”
She tried to smile and wiped her face again. She took the time to compose herself.
“You should leave. I don’t wanna end up a pity figure in your eyes.”
She got up and he followed her to the foyer.
“So you want me to teach Sahil how to make you do that, huh?”
Atul asked.
Ankita shook her head, innocently.
“I wish. I wish he gave me some…you know…”
“Why don’t you learn it from your sister?”
She laughed a little.
“I tried. But she’s a bit bitchy about that.”
Ankita mocked a sad face, it was cute.
“She never gives me any details.”
“I can teach anyone anything but not Sahil. I’ll end up being taught how a tube light works.”
Atul joked. He was amazed to see he had no hurry to leave now. All it would take him were a couple of steps and a pull on the door handle in order to get out. But, somehow, something was keeping him stay and talk to his sister-in-law. He did not want to identify what it was.
“That’s a sad joke.”
Ankita made a sad face again.
“And it means there’s no other way.”
“No, obviously there’s another way,” Atul smiled.
“Tell me.”
“I am afraid you’d look at me differently if I told you.”
Ankita smiled.
“It’s okay.”
She held her chin slightly up.
“Tell me.”
Atul moved an inch closer. “You know, how about myself teaching you how to scream like that?”
Her eyes widened and it was not the reaction Atul was expecting. He immediately regretted his lame tease.
“I know you are joking.” She said.
“Of course, I am. Silly.”
“I wish you weren’t.”
She said quickly.
Atul’s smile faded in a second. Before he could say anything, Ankita leaned forward and kissed him. It was unexpected, yet unopposed, as Atul stood like a statue. His sister-in-law was kissing him. Her warm soft lips were rubbing against his cold, unmoving lips. Ankita pressed her whole body to him, and he felt the warmth of her chest.
“Ankita.”
He pulled his face back a little.
“You are kissing me.”
She grabbed his shirt and blinked twice.
“I know. Never mind, I can't stop myself.”
And she kissed him again. This time he felt her warmness sneaking into his mouth and spreading all over his body. In a moment of craziness, he embraced her and kissed her back. She opened her mouth and he touched her tongue. His hand caressed behind her and touched her flawless skin behind her shoulder.
“You are ruining me.”
He mumbled but it merely got lost in the heat.
