Maximum use connection error

I think hosting is not able to hold the traffic and therefore sometimes getting

"maximum_user_connections" error.

This error vanish in few seconds if we refresh the page but getting this error at regular time when website traffic increased.

Its not a big error. I am just refreshing page and website is opening.

I am just want to inform staff.

Pay pal is used by very less people in india...
So it is not that much recommendable...

Best option is paytm...it is easy and simple as many people are already know how to use it...

using ads is not a problem. the earlier site 'xb' also filled up with ads...
and about the payment... as sarit bro said, people seek privacy. using payment platform in such a kind can be beneficial.
We don't know any other means.... We often use Paytm, BHIM, phonepe, Tez etc...
Is there any other option where the payment can be made anonymously?
Anonymous Paypal is one kind, it shows the email id of the person who sends the money not other details... but as one friend mentioned many don't use it in India. I have opened account in Paypal long ago but didn't used it afterwards.
Now, I will look into that once again... There should be a start to everything that leads to good... ;)
And the cryptocurrency is other thing but I think it's out of the box...
