ఇదివరకటి xossip సైటులోనూ నేరుగా ఇమేజిలను జతచేసే పద్ధతి ఉండేది కాదనుకుంటాను !

if the image is already found on Net then :
ఒకవేళ ఆ ఫోటో అప్పటికే నెట్ లో ఉంటే 

స్టెప్ 1 :

Left click to copy  image address 

ఆ ఫోటో మీద లెఫ్ట్ క్లిక్ చేసి కాపీ ఇమేజ్ అడ్రస్ అని సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి 
 
స్టెప్ 2:

Select a new reply, and find the image icon.Clicking that icon will ask you for url of the image, paste the image address in it.

ఇప్పుడు న్యూ రిప్లై సెలెక్ట్ చేసి  , టాస్క్ బార్ మీద చుస్తే పిక్చర్  ఐకాన్ + సింబల్ తో 


ఉంటుంది. ఆ ఐకాన్ క్లిక్ చేసి యుఆర్ఎల్ ప్లేస్ లో ఆ కాపీ చేసిన ఇమేజ్ అడ్రస్ పేస్ట్ చేస్తే ఐపోతుంది .

Are you using safari or chrome? in your IPad 
If it is chrome long press the image and you get a drop-down menu which has an option to copy image address and then proceed with the same procedure But try to view the website in desktop mode only.
