Yourself, you can translate the story content from Tamil to English or Hindi language, this option exist in this app. 

At top of right side corner you may find three dots (ie Menu).  If you press that menu you will find find fifth option as Translate, then you have to touch that option.  Then you have to select the from language (Tamil) and To language (English or Hindi) it s your option.  That option you can find Left corner of below page. 

That's all language will be changed automatically in few seconds. 

I hope you will be happy when you read your favorite author story in your favourite language.

You do it once and see, it doesn't do justice to the authors word play bro the translation quality is really really bad 
I hope  the writer can find time to translate his story in English only and only if he has extra time to spare and i don't say this only to heygi but other talented tamil writers
