Rajiv and Malli should unite..
But malli should realize her mistakes truly.


Gowtham should get punished and finally he should be alive to see Rajiv win over malli..
Business I don't care.. Life can run with or without that business. Breaking heart is difficult to live.
Gowtham should endure pain that Rajiv endured..as you already clarified.

Regarding Vidya.. She already endured pain.. She needs remorse.. She already told she wants to be out of the three and wants to live peacefully with her son. 
Vidya can be the True friend of malli if she helps malli to identify Gowthams manipulations on her

Rajiv already endured failures and heart breaks...
Rajiv after all his tit for tat actions.. He should make malli realize about his pain.. He should make sure he forgive her all sins. Forgiveness is ultimate punishment for loved ones. 
Malli has to live entire life with Rajiv thinking about her betrayals. 
Then I can't see him befriend with Gowtham again. (no one can think a person as friend after seeing resort and theme park activities) 

Malli should realize Rajiv is greater than Gowtham in all aspects.
This would hurt her for life. That she cheated on him.. And there after lead a true and transparent life with Rajiv. 

Then as far as gowtham.. He will have to live his life all alone.. He should see the love between malli and Rajiv and think what he couldn't do in his life.. 
Realize Sexual affairs are temporary and he lost to Rajiv.. 
Gowtham is already well settled guy with assets at ooty.
 But he should be alone and no legal heirs to take care after him.. 
Rajiv should have boy baby and girl later.. 
Gowtham should see the happy family built by Rajiv and Malli.. 
And think he has no one at the end. 

Vidya moving to some other location and lead a peaceful life.. 

I can't see Gowtham rebuild friendship with Rajiv / malli.
