any how next 7 days malli is going to stay with gowtham and she will get pregnant by gowtham unless other wise rajiv got doubt and suspect the play of gowtham and not allow to stay malli with gowtham. But malli was already penetrated by gowtham. So malli will have no issue

Even if Paati is there, the balcony doors will make Rajiv believe since in his POV, Malli and Gowtham has to act infront of Paati to safeguard the lie with Paati alone.
