   'You will do whatever I say?' she asked without a sign of tears.  Jaya

   'Yes whatever you say other than inviting you to the party' I replied.
 
   'I want to be sofa ridden the whole day by you' she replied.

   'Tell him he can't come' Jaya said brusquely, 'can't you see he is
busy?'
 
   'No Manjari, don't say that.  Tell him I will be with him as soon as I
can' I said and turning to Jaya added, 'you want me to lose my job'.  All the reaction I got from her was a naughty giggle.
