Scratching my head I looked around and found the light from the living room window of my neighbor. He is Ravi and he introduced himself few days since we moved in. We don’t know much about his family, but he was a retired widower in his mid fifties who had spent most of his days in kerala working as a government servant and came back to this town, his birth place to retire. His daughter, 10 years younger than me, got recently married and visits his father during the weekends as her husband works in the same time. She has become a good friend of mine over these few days of our stay here as she used to visit our home in the afternoons sometimes. Her father Mr. Ravi, when he had come to visit our place for social visits, became quite close to my husband as their interests collided. They would like to discuss about various topics from cricket to national geographic to photography. Well, enough about these people now. As I stood at the entrance of my house shivering I thought the best option available is to seek their help.


I collected my bags and stepped in the rain and ran towards their house. With the pallu still over my head I was still out of breath due to the “quick walk” and my heavy boobs were swaying up and down as I breathed hard while Ravi opened the door.
