Kavita was never confused about her intentions and actions....  She done everything knowingly.... She was only wrong in calculation of results and reactions effected by manu..... 

I'm agree with you for kavita's confession....  And you are right... Kavita will confess only after going through same humiliation and negligence.... Not because of realisation of the truth she already knows, but because of painful feelings she delivered to manu are paybacked to her.
