Sorry to say this, the first line of today's update made me feel that this will not get connected to me... Reason is because in ur last episode u ended in such a place where shipra says to patode to fuck me and accept that she is under his control...
So basic mentality what a reader will have is to know wat all conversations happen between them... Wat was attitude of patode after  tat fuck because he told namrata that after today sex shipra will degrade herself than u do... So everyone will wish to hear tat emotion...
