Even though they (Banisha & her brother in laws) seem to be enjoying the things, there always seems some sort of innocence in Nokul & Dev words & actions and also some times Banisha scolding and confining them not allowing to touch her. For me it looks they are forced by some outside elements who threaten them to perform as they wanted in return of Arjun's life.
