difficult to use strict ssl as we need to use a proxy server for non-ssl media.

we may have to restrict access to guests & bots as current hosting has serving limitations.

Hi Rp,

Managing Mixed content is always a pain in the ass. But we need to make sure that user experience is not affected by that, right now if any user tries to login into non-https version of the website. He gets stuck and needs to add https manually or log in again into the application to go to his dashboard.

yes, http should be redirected to https

as you said it can be difficult to tackle non-ssl media.

And sql errors do show db information.
perhaps better to suppress their appearance.

lets wait for admins' opinion.

I got their pm and I have shared my views. Need a bit of information regarding hosting provider and plans. Then we can plan a better solution like content caching or even app optimisation
