Set on the backdrop of a medical college, the story is about Rishi (Arvind Krishna), a man with strong individual thoughts and self-confidence. This is taken as arrogance and attitude by many until they start knowing him better. One among them is Pooja (Supriya) who Rishi is fond of. Few situations mislead her thoughts about Rishi but eventually she discovers the true person inside him and love blossoms. The story takes a turn when Rishi comes across Karthik (Master Gaurav), a boy who is suffering from a rare heart ailment. He takes it as a challenge to heal the boy but little does Rishi know that this challenge comes at a deeper cost. How does he overcome that challenge? What happens to his love story with Pooja? All this forms the rest of the story.
