Dark is not illegal in India. Dark web and FRAUD is just like a knife. Its depend upon person how they using it. Just like you get knife easily in market so in knife whether you can murder someone or you can cut vegetable. So dark is same type.
So what you can do in dark web without involving illegal stup here is point :-
1. You can watch porn i know that's way you want to use darkweb. Yes you can watch porn even cp you can watch and you can download also. Its legal but selling and distribution and sharing is illegal . So you can only enjoye yourself don't try to share.
2. You can learn hacking technique and download hacking software its also legal. Illegality is depend upon uses.

So what you can not do. Which is totally is illegal are:-
1:-Purchasing drugs and gun
2:- Hiring hitman
3:- pay to person just for see violence

First look up hidden wiki. Then go from there. Personally i think dark web is cool besides the illegal stuff. Most if not all of them (gun sale, contractors for hire, red rooms etc) are scams, people i know have lost their btc over them. And drugstore and cp links are likely honeypots too. But you can find them if you have the specific onion url. So don't go looking for things that you shouldn't look.
