Here are Some of the examples by the food companies which projects unhealthy food as healthy

1.ProteinX (This protein scoop with comes around with 8gm of sugar per serving which is really bad),
It is 100 times better to go for any whey protein which will cost you much cheaper if you consider the price per protein in both of them.
The only thing will be you have to invest a bit high initially but it would be really worth.

2.Peanut Butter(The most of the peanut butter available in the market are highly processed with chemical and preservatives which instead of providing the essential nutrients of peanut butter destroy it, thus try to go for a natural peanut butter like this one:-https://amzn.to/2vfloKN

3.Corn Flakes(Do you know that before 1930 people in the middle east or US didn't consume breakfast, as it was not a part of there lifestyle and they try to have their first meals as lunch, but after these cereal companies came they targeted and mimed that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day so that they can sell their cereal product and which happened to believed by a lot of people and they started to consume these sugar riced cereal)

4.Masala Oats(Many of the ads show that wow when you start to consume oatmeal you will lose we weight and so many cheap marketing geeks by these companies, you just can't lose weight by eating oats and especially these masala oats which are highly processed and have added salt and preservatives in them.
Thus it is better to go for the natural packet of oatmeal and make them using milk and dry fruits instead of having these masala oats.

5.Brown bread(Most of the brown bread available in the market are nothing but added color in white bread only, make sure you read the ingredient used to prepare that brown bread should be only whole wheat nothing else expect that, like this one,

Thus these are some items that are labeled healhty but are NOT.
Also thanks to bro science and dumb people on the internet that some healhty food items are considered unhealthy like,
1.Banana(Many people in the gym or bro-science one tells you to stop eating bananas as they increase the weight or make you gain fat)
