Some people just can't be positive. Maybe they are teenagers, that's why they don't have any complexity in their lives. Everything in this site is free. Nobody is paying anything to sign up or read the stories. Many previous sites closed down because nobody chipped in to pay the server fees. The writers are the one spending their own fucking time to write these stories.
Maybe you didn't hear this before but if you don't have anything nice to say, please keep your mouth shut. If you have lost hope, just leave the thread, you don't have to stay here and comment to spread your negativity.
People have their own lives, people get busy, other things take priority over writing choti stories for ungratefulls. last time I checked, the emotional payoff does not feed your family or pay your bills.
