after try 5 time open a page , maximum time got error so i think xossipy now should go a good dedicated server

yes !

a reliable dedicated server offshore hosting costs about 250$ per month !
that is a major part of living expenses for a small family in India !

anyway, if each member can contribute a dollar every month then
hiring a reliable dedicated web server is not a big matter !

admins have to work on subscription fee per month / per year

problem with digital ocean & similar hosts :
any hosted site can be suspended based on a simple complaint !
