Can I edit or delete the private messages I have sent to others?

Actually I have shared my contact information to others on this site via private message. It was done to ensure enhance story writing & plot suggestions. Now I want to edit my message in order to remove my contact information. Or I want to unsent message from both sides (like messenger). Can I remove or delete message from both sides like telegram? Is there any way? 

I have seen the delete option in my message section. But it will delete the message only from my side or the message will be deleted from receiver side also? I don’t want persons to get my contact information (email & fb id) anymore. 

Show me a way. Help me out. I do trust on the technical support team of this site. Thank you.
