She thought what will happen if she get caught by the two people standing near the car. Her thoughts were interfered by the sound caused by her heels. She got panic by that, but 
She can't run fast with the heels because of their size. She got afraid what if the two hear her noise, to her suprise they both were looking at her direction and didn't spoke a word. Vani got afraid of her situation and don't know what to do. That's when she fell down because of the high heels. The two people started to running towards her to help her. Vani got shocked by this and her skirt fell from her face.
