India is a major global political player, so everyone is keen to be a politician, but it is not such easy. criminals, murders, fights, disputes, miserable lives.

Shalini Mehta is an IAS officer who is working in Maharashtra as a divisional commissioner. She is still 30 years old and highly educated officer. She obtained her bachelor degree in state administration from a government university in New Delhi and completed her master degree in law. She was the second highest scorer of Civil Service Exam. 

This is her second place where Noida was her first working place. Shalini is a very talented officer and good speaker, influence and problem solver. She is married to Mr. Raj who is working as an engineer. He is a very calm and slow mood man by definition. 

But Shalini is a very ambitious lady and need be the top of government ladder. Raj always supports her and encourage her even he is not keen on their future and a luxury life. but Shalini wants a luxury life for her, husband and her little 3 years old daughter. She is a pure loving lady for her family who is still thinking a lady's world should be her family.

Shalini is native in New Delhi and her parents were a greatly educated couple. Shalini's father is a professor in mathematics and mom was a regional journalist. She has an elder sister who is living in the USA with her husband. Shalini's parents also live with her these days. Shalini is a mastermind lady by definition. from her college time, she was a super talented lady. During her first degree, she was the best performer for the entire 4 years and her research in master degree was an award winning research related to state urban development.

After her placement as a divisional commissioner in Maharashtra, she has launched a few projects to enhance the lifestyle of the poorest people and her project was more than 95% successful. Shalini's project - MUDP - Maharashtra urban development project- was very successful and Capital of Maharashtra - Mumbai - Pune, Nashik and Kolhapur could be developed with modern infrastructures and facilities to attract foreign development investments. These two projects were very highlighted all over India and she was recognized as a mastermind civil servant. 

Actually, Shalini was not only a master mind lady, but extremely pretty. Shalini is one of the most sexiest married women in the state. She stands up 5'6 which is the greatest height for a lady. Shalini has a milky white skin color and she was shining due to this skin color during her presence in the sunlight. her nickname was milky shalini among some people. The most attractive assets of her are her 36 D size sharp and very firm round breasts and always rhythmically swayed round shaped ass. Her shining black color hair was up to her thin hip. (her actual look is 100% the same as the attached image). She was very popular among all male and women eyes because of her extremely hot look.

Raj was not such a straightforward character, but he supported Shalini in every aspect and he was happy by his deep heart by seeing Shalini's hotness and smart character. Raj always admired Shalini's hotness.

She was careful not to reveal her ambition with anyone and even he did not talk about politics with Raj because he may be scared and not agree with her. 

Actually, Shalini was a major topic of many leading political parties in Maharashtra. Most political advisers advised their political parties about Shalini's potential and skill regarding politics. They believed that If they could take Shalini to their political party, then it would be a great opportunity in the next election because of her extreme popularity among all people in the state, the effective communication skill, leadership skill and influencing skill.

     Meet Target for some silly reason or another 
     Have meetings at day time initially and then slowly start to move to Late evenings [Saree's transparency also reduces as meet scheduled time moves more late]
     Whenever get chance, speak double meaning/verbal abuse Target's opponents etc  getting to his dirty side

Move to more Closer Interactions:
     Send away complaining staff [late meetings]/gossiping staff and meet Target more privately
     Meetings at night or late night  now
     Attend Target late night parties and  have drinks/smoke/showing off dance skills [item dance that is]
     
Move Deeper:
     Start more private one on one time... means one body on top of another
     Attend sex/drug filled parties as and when Target requests

Magarashtra state is Worth its weight in gold as a political state in India because Maharashtra is the second-most populous state in India as well as the third-most populous country subdivision in the world. Every party in India expects to gain power in this state and they will do anything for that. A lot of political parties perform in political games as all roads lead to rome. By crook or hook, they need the power. This political game is a multi million dollar sharing ground. any political party will spend millions for their win in the state. NMP - National Muban Party - and NJP - National Jushin Party are the two parties that stay on the top of Nagpur. as a result of that, these two parties play a major part in the state council and politics.  NMP will be led by Mr. Gautham Malhotra (or Gau ji) who is a very calm and a good person. He and his party always think about the poorest people and try to enhance their lifestyle. Gau ji is considered as one of the great politicians in the state and India also. In his entire 40 years of political life, he has never been involved with corruption or criminal cases, therefore he and his party have been able to win a lot of people' s hearts and gain power in Nagpur District consecutively for more than 25 years.

At the head office of NMP in Nagpur

Jayalith - Gautham Sir, Please listen to me. Next election is not easy for us because NJP spends a lot of money and persuades poor people. even a lot of regional politicians are now in their bucket, he strongly said. If the facts happened like this there would be imminent loss of our power in Nagpur and then in the state council. 

Gau Ji - I know Jayalith, but how can we do this. You know that our party was never after money. We have spent all our funds on these poor people. I do not think they will send us to coventry. 

Prakash - Gau Ji, In Mumbai, we missed 3 MLAs who can play a major role in the next election. All of them are now in NJP. Talking only about the poorest people is bringing coal to newcastle.

The meeting was going on at the head office. NMP had to face a big issue because NJP could throw a lot of money and catch regional politicians and poor people, therefore members in NMP were scared that they would lose power in the next election. Jayalith was the main advisor and Prakash was the secretary of NMP who always followed the concept of Gau Ji. His political motto was that "everyone should be same in the state"

NMP leader, Gau ji, was in great trouble because his regional side members put a lot of pressure on him and other high ranking members. Ground level and regional level politicians requested thatThey should restructure their system and  come back strongly for the next election. 

Ok, Prakash, Bohir and Nathan, you all had to arrange a meeting with our regional parties and discuss their ideas about the next election. This meeting should be over within 2 days and give me their suggestions then I will decide what would be the action plan of NMP, said Gau ji.

Shalini was always looking at political news in India. She was so keen on Maharashtra state political gossip. At her office located in Nagpur, she usually reads all news published in news websites and newspapers, then collects gossip from social media and analyses the current political trend. the day before yesterday, she just published a post on her twitter account as below. 

Nagpur and Maharashtra becoming one of the major silicon valleys in the world. I have planned a project that will support your kids to win this modern tech world.

She published this tweet because she had a new project idea: launching boot camps to increase the computer programming and technical knowledge of students in rural areas of Nagpur. This post was very popular and got many likes and comments. Shalini is slowly glad with these likes and comments because it shows clearly how Nagpur, Maharashtra and other state's  people accept her idea and love her. She thought she had a clear path in the civil service. may be in the political ladder also. 

Shalini was at her office in Nagpur and received a call from the receptionist.

Madam, you have a visiter. Mr. Akram Pranbga from Pakistan. He needs to discuss something important with you. 

Shalini - appointment?

No, Madam. He came here from Pakistan and owned some lands in Nagpur.

 Hmm. OK. then, send him. Shalini is not happy to meet any person other than the government or normal poor people without an appointment. But, this man has come from Pakistan, so it's not nice to make a foreigner desperate for Indian government service. That is why she allowed him to meet her. 

The  door was opened and Mr, Akram entered the room. He was a businessman by his looks and suit. 

Shalini was not keen to show a huge attention to him, however showed the chair to sit him. Both of them introduced themselves and Mr. Akram was a Pakistan businessman who owned lands in Nagpur. His look was calm and decent, but he definitely tasted Shalini's fully covered hot body from the saree and blouse. He could get a hint about Shalini's awesome skinny color with her face, neck and slightly opened chest. But, he could not see anything other than face, neck and upper part of chest (which was not covered by her blouse). Shalini was always careful to wear dresses properly so that she did not get unnecessary attraction from men. But she is helpless. God made her with such a gorgeous and voluptuous figure that it is not easy to hide from any dress.

After 2 days, Prakash, Bohir and Nathan came with the result of the meeting they held with regional politicians.

Nathan - Gau Ji. Few MLAs had some good suggestions to save the foundation.

Gau ji - Yes, I saw. I will allocate these suggestions to you guys.
Nathan, you can launch a program to educate people about our developments plan in Nagpur, then Bohir, you should talk to all poor people in entire Nagpur District and find out their needs. Prakash, you have to launch awareness program through all social medias and news papers. I will request from Jagin to allocate funds for all of you. 

But, this should start within a week.

So, i cannot accept your request Mr. Akram.

Akram has come to get the approval to start a chemical factory in Nagpur and he already bought some lands from poor farmers. He could get the approval from central government, but not from Nagpur District administration which is led by Shalini.

Mrs. Shalini, listen to me. This is a hundred million rupee project and will benefit a lot of rural area youngsters because we do not hire employees from Pakistan, but from Nagpur and Maharashtra. Akram was a great speaker too and he was secretly teasing Shalini's hot figure that he could see above from table level. 

That idiot husband surely drinks all her milk in the night, Akram thought. A paper on the table fall down and Shalini quickly bent to take it. Akram was carefully looking at this and quickly stranded up as Shalini bent. Yes, Akram was lucky for a fraction of a second to see that sexiest lady's an inch of cleavage and even a fraction of black bra.
