Foreign porn

Hi,

1.) I want to post foreign porn via rapidgator file hosting and some other premium file hostings (i don't use keep2share. It's blocked) is that allowed...? 
2.) If allowed are there any restrictions other than 'the dos and don'ts of pnv section.' 
3.) Can I use other image hosts for image upload other than 'imgadult.com.'
4.) Also all my uploads are high quality (2160p [4K] or 1080p).
5.) Also I tried to upload 2gb video file yesterday night.... oh boy.... the speed it's taking to upload is...... really unbearable (when I click on preview it's taken around 7 minutes and still going. so I stopped.) 

NOTE : 
I just saw admin post regarding 'Important notice. Compulsory donations from posting various pay per click.' 
I just want to give something back to 'xossipy' that's all. I mostly upload torrents in private trackers. I use file hostings like rapidgator and other premium file hostings for upload. So other than my time I am not earning anything by uploading here or any where.

Any suggestions might be appreciated.
