Urgent help needed - mens penis foreskin tightness.

Hi i am 32 years old married. I am having this issue more than 3 month due to lockdown.

My penis foreskin is bit tight not able to pullback properly. In erection, it is even but more difficult. I find white sticky white substance under foreskin. noticed quite dry under foreskin.  Even if manged to pullback skin completely while bath(to clean it with warm), I feel needle like pain.

It is not like i didn't go to doctor..before lockdown consulted with doc, he prescribed a antibiotic tables and ointment. Thats doesnt doent help much. I noticed after couple week.it got bit okay..bt it agin got tighten forskin. I am tired of this problem. Any help regarding which speciality doctor i need to consultant?
Do you also face similar situation how you cure it?
Any medicine ointment /cream suggestions?

It's normal not to be able to pull it. However, you have to clean the white substance. This is best done when yours is completely soft, and during your bath you can pull back gently and clean it. Try not to get an erection during that time or it will be painful. It's not an illness so no medication should be necessary. I have the same experience and I could clean it successfully.

Check diabetes
