How to convert STREAM.STR to Mp4

I am trying to record videos from Airtel DTH to pen drive.
once recorded, when i connect to pen drive to view files, i am unable to to STREAM.STR files let alone convert the file to MP4.

If you guys any idea on how to solve this problem, kindly help me with this.

I tried it, it doesn't work, it seems all set top boxes are encrypted that we cannot view or edit.
I researched all day yesterday and found out that, we need video capture and splitter to bybass HDCP. it's so complicated than i thought it would be.
