need help on thread names

Hello Admin

I created my thread long back but it is shown with smaller font compared to other thread names

I've seen thread with soo much Bold letters and easy visible to viewers. Can you please help me how to make this changes or is there an edit option for such

am telling about the thread list shown in "view today's post section"

Threads with new replys will be bold.

Once you read that thread it will become small font.

or
old threads with some time limit will be small font.
