How can I copy telugu font or text from pdf to MS-Word document.
When I tried it shows unknown formate like 1s,0s etc.
Is there any way to copy telugu from PDF to MsWord doc.?

presently such software is not available...but development is underway in Hyderabad central university and it may materialize in near future.
due to complexity of Telugu language, ఒత్తులు, దీర్ఘాలు హల్లులు are difficult to decipher and available fonts are also diverse
We may see such a software by the end of this decade, definitely

There is one software "Copy2TXT" a freeware available to transcript, you might try on trial basis

use MS Word 2013
You can open PDF in it, ..
Even Easier is
Export option within Acrobat Reader (works on Android & Win 7 & upwards)
