Telugu text PDF to MS-WORD Doc

How can I copy telugu font or text from pdf to MS-Word document.
When I tried it shows unknown formate like 1s,0s etc.
Is there any way to copy telugu from PDF to MsWord doc.?

This type of OCR for Telugu fonts isn't yet developed fully, but
Central university Hyderabad is developing and testing this software...trials are going on
Telugu is a complicated for computer to decipher due to ఒత్తులు, దీర్ఘాలు, నుదికారాలు etc.
It will take another couple or more years for this to be standarzised
