How to get exclusive tag

I have seen tow or three thread who have tagged as Exclusive , I think those threads get some privilege so I asked about this Exclusive tag on my thread

probably you are talking about thread prefix.
when starting a new thread, some forum sections have thread prefix facility.



if thread prefix is available then you can select a suitable one.

you can also check available thread prefixes by using full edit
for your first post on your earlier started thread [eg. full edit]
