Problem in loading xossipy

hi,

I am always getting time out error and failure to load xossipy. I cannot understand the reason and it just started two days ago.it works sometime and mostly I am unable to open the website

An Admin said that server was changed recently. normal speed is expected to return in a few days.
meanwhile you can try flushing dns
