Need help regarding improper errection

Hello friends
I enjoyed this forum since its creation 
Today I need help from members who are doctors 

From the past few months I am not having morning errection. I even don't feel aroused while suffering the forum or while looking a hot girls and bhabhi. 
Can you please tell me the reason and how can I get rid of it.
