Question, Why is server randomly dying?

I get that we lack fund. But why is the local host randomly offline? It's not like Like server host randomly turning off the server and black mailing the admins to pay ryt? The load shouldn't be too huge since image is hosted at third party, the load should be the Number of user requests. So there shouldn't be a bandwidth issue. The other reason I could think of is PHP unable to handle loads. It shouldn't be this bad. So what's wrong? Genuine curiosity.
