First of all ,you don't have an ounce of idea what efforts are needed to write a story..
People like you come here read writer's hard written works .
Most of the time  u have a good  time and sometimes wen u  don't like u give a bad word in your heart and without even thanking the writer for their hardwork u go..
And then u keep visting daily and u find there are no updates
And u take out your frustration by such comments

My question is ... Who the hell are you to suggest author to end the story formally??

Did he asked you to keep sneak peeking here daily.. 
Just think that the story is over and stop visiting and getting frustrated ..as simple as that..
