I guess i really messed up in explaining.What really happened is Shilpa never took Rahul's name during her conversation with Mahesh.Shilpa referred Rahul as "HE" all the time and She referred Asish as "your bully" all the time.Shilpa was too ashamed to take Rahul's name.Now it did not occour in Mahesh's faintest imagination that Rahul,his son could do such things to Shilpa.So Mahesh thought the entire time that Asish did everything to Shilpa  when Shilpa said "He" while referring Rahul,Mahesh took 'the he" as Asish.And Shilpa thought it's obvious that She is talking about Rahul,she was confused why Mahesh is not angry at Rahul.
Mahesh does not have any fantasy about Rahul and Shilpa,he was just talking about Rahul's general future.Shilpa took it as sexual fantasy.Both misunderstood what each said.All cause Shilpa used only the pronoun "he" whenever she mentioned Rahul.
