The only "Fair deal" that mohan can get is "Avinash".
After knowing about the affair, he can ONLY ask for divorce and "Avinash" from Bhavani.
Mohan is not a kind of person who can tolerate and wait for the affair to end by itself or be someone act as if he does not know anything about it.
Avinash is the only hope for Mohan. Otherwise, Life has been very harsh towards him.

For bhavani, the life is going to be MUCH MORE happier than now as she will give birth to Vikram baby and settle with him happily in Bangalore. Vikram is the only person that bhavani loves the most now. She will not have any second thought about giving away Avinash as she already knows that she is responsible for everything and in fact she will be happy to live with vikram and his baby rather than with Mohan and Avinash.
