Aditi walked very fast almost running out of office. Varun was waiting outside on his bike. She almost ran toward her and hugged him tightly. Varun was a little surprised. She hugged her more tightly.
Varun: are you ok? Is everything alright.

Both of them dint say a word during their journey. As soon as they reached home aditi ran towards the bathroom locked the door and got under the shower without even bothering to get undressed. And soon all the memories of couple of months flashbacked in her mind. Her getting married all his family and relatives were so happy during the marriage and then how she met samar and what all happened between them during past couple of weeks leading to today. She was crying thinking about all that. She thought about varun how he trusted her and how she betrayed her trust and then she thought about samar. He is rich smart he is sure will be having so many girlfriends. May be this is how he entraps them by sweet talking then showing that he cares and all that stuff. This is not the right path for her she is a married woman. She shud have thought about her dignity and also varuns and his and hers family dignity. She was so engrossed in the thoughts it was almost half hour she was standing there. Varun knocked at the door and she came out of his thoughts.
Aditi: yeah coming. Give me a minute.
She said holding back her tears. She closed the shower took of her dress and slid a long towel around her and came out. Varun was sitting on the bed waiting outside
Varun: are you all right. What happened. Why are you acting strange since you came out of the office.
Aditi who felt a little lighter now just said
Aditi: i am totally fine. Its just that there was a big order which was suppose to get finalised today. So everybody was under pressure and die to that i had a fight with samar.
Varun: thats it!!! I was thinking to the extremes like maybe something happened that some1 at office tried to molest you or something.
Aditi: are yoy crazy... nobody can even dare do that to me. But anyways i have decided to quit. The pressure is too much to handle and i dont like the job also anymore.
Varun: all this bcos you had a small disagreement with your boss. Come on sleep over it. Think about it in the morning. Now come here you ignited something in me back there in the office.
Aditi ran in his arms and they smooched and while smooching fell on the bed. They made love 2 times during the night and aditi was a little aggressive during the lovemaking than she ussually is.
In the morning they both talked during the breakfast.
Varun: so what have you thought.
Aditi: there is nothing to think. I told you i am gonna quit the job.


Varun: are you sure.

Varun: i dont want you to continue against your will. I just want to say is that the salary is good and i think just an arguement with your boss isnt a good enough reason for you to resign.

He grabbed his lunch box and stormed out of the house. Aditi was left alone and she started crying again. She thought to herself its not varuns fauld its mine. Why am i getting angry at him. The person i shud be angry at him is samar. But then she thought to herself i really cant be angry at him too whatever happened last night i was a willing participant. Its myself whom i shud be angry at. She stood up got dressed very conservatively in a salwar suit and went to office. She dint look up and dint greet anybody and went straight to her cabin. All the guys in the office who use to feast on her daily were in for a disappointment. She typed her resignation letter. Samar hasnt come to the office yet so she waited for him. In the meantime ankur came in her office and he has heard about the good news about the order he congratulated her and said
Ankur: hey where shud we celebrate. We worked so hard for this the whole week and finally you and samar did it.
Aditi was furious to be reminded of the last night.
Aditi: first of all you shud knock before you come in and second of all i am in a terrible mood and celebration is last on my mind and finally before i say anything else just leave.
Ankur was shocked. He hasnt seen her aditi so furious before so without saying anything he just left.
Samar walked in at around 11 am. As soon he reached office aditi headed straight for his cabin. Ankur saw her going to samar’s cabin and murmured to himself dont know why but today is going to be fireworks.
Aditi walked in to samars office. Just as soon as he saw her he walked towards her and said

Before he cud get any closer. Aditi gestured with his hand to stop and it was a strong gesture. He stopped.

And she threw her resignation letter and stormed out of the office. When samar saw what it was he ran behind her and he held her arm just to stop her and reason with her but as soon as he held her arm she turned towards her and slapped him. Every1 stopped doing what they were doing and there was a pin drop silence for a few second and then aditi stormed out of the office building.................
