Few other things that i noticed. Just to let you know.
a. You had told in the beginning it is 8 floor apartment and in this you made it 6
b. Rahim cannot be only security for the apartment. If so, he cannot go out, drink or sleep while on duty.
c. If Rahim is a maintenance person staying in the apartment, he can play multiple roles.
Rahim should slowly make Jaya as his slave by slowly turning her to more sex addicted women.
He should change her mindset from friend to secret lover. He should make her think him like her husband. People in apartment may doubt, so they have to play slowly and carefully.
