I have heard/read such things  in western countries so many times. 
Wow was for the fact it is happening in India - have read few cases in India before but those were all bangs rather than relationships.
Also so many family relationships gone wrong as shown in CRIME TV SHOWS but incest I have heard to little or not at all. So this surprised me.
