A well ended part. Some serious decisions are made and still Ramesh at the Recieving End. Poor chap.
She has some serious issues man, that needed to be sorted out.
Abortion is never a good thing but in this certain situation it's a feasible solution.
She deciding to keep the baby and divorce Ramesh certainly shows that she cares less about him. She is only thinking about herself not as a family.
I think divorce is good in this situation she may can find redemption from this guilt or may be have a life like she wants or kept having intercourse with peoples without caring about anything like now and Ramesh have a new life of his own with a new trusting partner.
