How can Nisha blamed for Raghu's wife fate. 
Raghu is also a unfaithful creature who would be dead  if Nisha had not make payment from own savings. He is alive due to Nisha otherwise would be dead. Nisha also took huge risk by giving them shelter.

Raghu's betrayal reason should be more convincing than current one or he was corrupt from day one but for any personal reason work with Nisha.
