It seems to me that the author has introduced this plot point to emphasize the importance of preserving family bonds. I am firmly convinced that the author is committed to maintaining these ties at any cost. I suspect that the conflict between Mrs. Madhu and her son, Vinay, will be resolved quite quickly; Vinay will likely choose to accept the relationship between Mrs. Madhu and Gautam—at least for the time being—to ensure the family remains intact. Mrs. Madhu is currently 42 years old; in three or four years, her sexual desires will naturally diminish. Meanwhile, Gautam will become occupied with his new wife and household, and in a few months, he will become a father. Ultimately, Mrs. Madhu and Rajesh, along with their only son, Vinay, will go on to live the rest of their lives in happiness.
Where's fun in that, If Vinay is supposed to compromise and adapt to their affair then what's the point of this story so far...he could have done that long time back. He clearly mentioned in last chapter he doesn't what he would do if he sees Gautham again...means he is losing it the moment he saw Gautham in his home, Imagine how he would feel once he sees the videos. I do not think he would compromise but if that will happen then its fine. Author's version should be respected.
