Most readers would laugh at you for even suggesting something like this, no one cares about how son controls his mom, All here came to see how mother loses her mind and becomes a slave and they got it already. 
Vinay accompanying his mother would not solve problem, she will find a way to meet him no matter how Vinay tries to keep an eye on her....Revenge is to get closure not to go to Gautham wedding and eat biryani lol 

Madhu will not settle as lesbian, she is not Lakshmi or Padma, She will rather love as Gautham's whore and leave her family than become a lesbian. She is doing lesbian things only to please Gautham.

She tried to end things with Gautham, fought him...eventually gave up and entered into affair. She learned new things and became a new person. When things got out of hand and she warned her son, not to interfere. Even then when Vinay threatened her, she promised she will end things and started to dual life but she only did this to accommodate both worlds trying to avoid conflict. When conflict is inevitable, she will have to choose, do you think she will choose her family? She knows if she leaves Gautham she won't be able to live peacefully and will live a restless life. She is now not only addicted to his fucking but also drugs, freedom, smoke and kink. hence my question, mom is done, what will son do for losing her and Gautham destroying his family? Will he expose his videos to the world? Make Gautham life miserable? He is about to marry, who will marry him if his secret folders are exposed?

As per the context of the story, a peaceful, realistic and sensible solution to get out of this crisis without leaving the family bond intact and without any social or emotional upheaval is discussed below. The steps in which Vinay can intelligently and compassionately free his mother Mrs. Madhu from Gautam's influence are as follows:

1. Strategic and psychological steps on Binay's part

Since Vinay does not directly see any change in his mother's behavior, but has caught his mother lying (such as the excuse of a new mobile or Gautam's sudden arrival), he has to choose a strategic path instead of being directly aggressive:
A. Secret monitoring of mobile and communication: Since Vinay knows that the new mobile is actually a means of communication with Gautam, he can track the call list or messages of that phone without his mother's knowledge or tactfully. However, this has to be done very secretly, so that his mother is not alerted.
 B. Creating emotional pressure, not directly, after being caught lying: When Mrs. Madhu said yesterday afternoon, "Gautam has come to meet you," Vinay could have kept the situation normal but later talked to his mother privately. He could have reminded his mother, "Mom, you promised not to keep in touch with Gautam anymore. Your decision is very important for my career and the peace of our family." This emotional message would have awakened Mrs. Madhu's inner guilt.
C. Maintaining mother's contact with Padma and Lakshmi: Since Vinay wants his mother to have a relationship with these two ladies, he could have kept his mother busy with social events, shopping or family get-togethers with them. Since Padma and Lakshmi's relationship with Gautam is not deep now, they can play a positive role in moving Mrs. Madhu away from Gautam and returning her to normal social life.
2. Mrs. Madhu's way out of Gautam's Rahugras and sex addiction

Mrs. Madhu has basically fallen into Gautam's clever trap and has become a sex addict (Hypersexuality/Sex Addiction). To get out of this, she and Binoy need to take some steps:
A. Digital and physical distance (No Contact Rule): The first condition to get out of the double life is to stay away from stimuli or triggers. Mrs. Madhu has to completely destroy or abandon that secret mobile. Going to Gautam's flat or letting him come to her flat should be strictly stopped.
