UPDATE AND EXPLANATION FOR THE UNEXPECTED SABBATICAL

Hey Everyone. 

I know a lot of you were disappointed over my sudden absence making everyone think this story will also follow the fate of many other stories in this site. I'll just give you guys a short description of what happened.

This started to happen in June when suddenly I had trouble accessing the site. For few days I recieved a "Bad Gateway" or "Unresponsive" errors on my computer while trying to visit this site. Many may already know I write my stories on my computer as I ain't exactly comfortable with writing it in anything else. I even contemplated on uploading my story on another site but then the unexpected happened.

One day, my place had a faulty electrical mishap and an unexpected power fluctuation caused my Computer's SMPS to completely "Fry". It was broken beyond repair after inspection after realizing the SMPS burst also crippled the interior chip and some parts of the motherboard. Thankfully, I store my stories in an External HDD and thus it was protected but sadly I no longer had my computer to work on it. I wasn't comfortable working on the story in my company laptop as I wasn't comfortable working on the story in that. However, I started working on it in my Tablet but my process became relatively slow.

Fast forward to now as I am preparing to buy a new laptop for me, I will be eventually resuming my work in my own faster pace. However before the mishap , I had completed Chapter 35 and 36. The two chapters I will be posting very soon. I felt a bit disappointed I left the story in an unexpected spot.

The significane of Chapter 35 and 36 is that this will close out the backstory and flashback of how Hemant became Michael King.

After this, Chapter 37 will only come AFTER my new Laptop is in my hands. So I believe 35 and 36 will provide ample time for readers to enjoy the story for weeks , entertaining enough for the time being. Also wanna point out in this unexpected mishap and Sabbatical, I had physically recovered from my past accident that left me with a heavy injusry. In this absence, in my Tablet, I also worked on a new story with the help of AI, a story with a similar theme that I have completed. Will be sharing that also with you all soon. 

For now, enjoy Chapter 35 and 36 which will have action, drama, adventures and obviously SEX!   

With these two Chapters, we will be closing out the backstory of Hemant's journey to becoming Michael King and return to the current timeline of Sonarika. The story will be taking a different route post Chapter 36 as I am curious to see how the readers will experience Sonarika's individual arc post this backstory revealed to her. 

Also, on a side note, I didn't post the Chapter yesterday because I was still recovering from the aftershocks from watching an incredible film JAILER 2. Also thanks to my pal Mr.H who made that incredible edit of a teaser of my story for this to announce my return. So back to the adventure folks as the Age of Darkness descends on our beloved couple Hemant and Sonarika as their conflict of love, pleasure, passion and survival deepens!

As is to be feared, unexpected technical problems crop up time and again, and could affect any one of us.
We are pleased to hear that you are in good health and that your main work was not affected by the negative consequences.

I, too, have experienced a similar situation. Fortunately, the hard drive and the driver remained intact, but it was no longer possible to use the charger. 
Upon my return to Germany, I was able to get my laptop up and running again. 
As it was no longer possible to work from home, I was forced to cut my holiday short by ten days.
