I feel in the next update you could show her rebellious side.
For instance, next time Vinay doubts her, instead of answering, she can rebel by saying:

1. "I'm your mother. Don't dare question me or order me around."
   
2. She can also call him out, saying all this happened because he made a bet with his mom.
   

Once a woman loses her chastity, her immediate reaction is to revolt and rebel, not to give answers.
