Ananya should get AIDS from these men and she has to pass it to her impotent husband, rohan vicky arjun and other students that tough her. Killing spree

This will end the story. If author wants to end the story after 4-5 more updates then he can use this plot . But I think if Ananya gets infected she will avoid sex with her husband to save him. Rather she will take revenge from Vicky and Rohan by infecting them. 

If author wants to prolong the story this will be bad idea. 
However anyway Rajesh will fear that Ananya can be infected and will not allow her to stay in house. She then has only option to become Vicky's mistress. 

I mentioned in one of my comments earlier that by doing unprotected sex with 3/4 goons Ananya has huge probability of getting pregnant or catching stds. Author will consider this in his story plot surely.

Let author decide what's best for story.
