An earnest appeal to the story's author, Authorsunny: Sunny should give his mother, Anjali, the 5,000 rupees that their landlord, Mr. Azad, deducts from the monthly rent for their flat. Doing so would further strengthen the bond between Sunny and his mother, and Anjali would no longer be able to raise the issue of the reduced rent.
