My mother and the landlord (Slow burn, long read)

From the story, there are certain bits of evidences,
* Punishment.
* Laced Bra, which hurts her, but she used it earlier.
* The place they intend to go, was visited by them earlier, and she didn't have proper clothes for the said place.
* She visited the Tailor for the same purpose of visit and stitching of blouse. The blouse sunny hasn't seen till date.
* On celebration night she went from evening to night with - and came late night and the resultant photos and videos on cell phone.
* The earlier longer night visits claiming to go to cinema and other places.
With authors out of box thinking and unexpected run of story parts, its hard guess. But it is something of high place gathering with well connected high society people or going to a place to show exhibitionism or something kink and the blouse being a trophy or something and give something more of the relationship between mother and the landlord.  
But whatever it is everything is through the eyes of sunny. How we come to know where the went and what they did will be through him. I am perplexed how the author will provide the same to the readers. But whatever it is the author will provide us with something mind blowing stuff.
