I know it a fiction and nothing going to be happen in real life....My question is: Can a person really have no basic emotions at all? The mother comes home three hours late, says nothing, and goes with them and enjoys herself. Wouldn’t she at least wonder what her son might think about her coming home three hours late? Why doesn’t the mother feel even a little guilty? That is my question.
