Prithvi could have done on sudden emotional outburst. But not likely as body was found in Rajat's flat. Neither Prithvi nor Anvita do have Rajat's appartment key information.

Mohit is suspected after discovering his wife with Rajat and taking revenge.

Neeti is quite possible as may be she was being blackmailed by Rajat for getting undue advantages. She had the key of Rajat's house. She wanted to get rid of him.
Neeti is most suspicious and vulnerable.

1st of all why Anvita recorded the video?
2nd : Why Anvita will save the bad memories

Most probably, video was recorded without knowledge of Anvita. May be by Neeti at the behest of Rajat.
